// crazy how inconsistent I am goddam. Lets get this finished and put to rest 😩it's crazy to me how a book a started in August of 2017 being a baby army is still doing so well today , like bruh. Mind blown. Let's all look past the r*p m*nst*rs in this book and also just the general cringe for my wellbeing.
And btw that Q&A chapter is still active if you wanna drop some questions or just say hi to your favourite character :^) //

Y/N's POV

"So...not to pressure you or anything-"

"Minnie"
I groaned, lifting my head from my dresser after dropping it there. She could be seen with an awkward straight smile half way in my doorframe.

"Yeah yeah yeah I'm the worst but give me a sec!"
The older girl strode up to my bed and popped herself down on the end of it, legs spread with her elbows on her knees.
"These guys are going crazy. I know it's not easy, but help them out a little, I don't wanna be shitty here but PD-Nim is literally concerned for their wellbeing. The dorm is as tense as ever- he bought Taehyung a puppy so he'd stop trying to fight Jimin!"

I winced.
"Is it really that bad..?"

"Uh...well, possible exaggeration, but they're losing their minds. Surely you must have an idea of who you like most."

There was, I knew who it was, the man who made me laugh endlessly with his jokes and funny dances and crazy poses, who treated me like a princess whenever he got the chance. But still I-

"You're making the face."
Minnie interrupted my thoughts with her observation, and I looked over at her confused.

"What face?"

"The 'I'm gonna break six hearts' face."

"Yeah-Well! What else am I gonna do?!"
I huffed.

Minnie's face softened - a very rare occurrence - and she approached me from behind.
I watched her lay a hand on my shoulder through the mirror which she then met my eyes through.
"Name one time you haven't put them in front of yourself, Y/N. Look, I get that it's difficult, but you know what's good about all of them liking you so much? They're happy when your happy. So go on, put Y/N first, they're pretty cool you know, and they definitely deserve the love of their favourite boy."

Unknowingly, I smiled. A funny one at that since I was biting my lip, but a smile nonetheless.

"See? You like that idea. They'll get over it babe."

"You're magic Minnie...you always know what to say"

She grinned and winked at me through the mirror.
"You know it. Go on, shoot him a text. I'll be in the living room."

With that she left, leaving me and my phone alone alone together, staring at each other.
"Okay, come on Y/N."
I whispered and grabbed the flat glass box, tapping until I had mine and Seokjin's texts on screen.

[Me]: Dinner?

[JinJin]: Oh?

Can't back out now...it's too late to be shy.

[Me]: Tonight, you and me, what do you say?

I bit my thumbnail, foot jigging under the dressing table.

JIN'S POV

I pulled the towel off my head, reading the text for the third time.
They're asking me on a date.

"Okay! Oh my god- code- code- fuck it no code-"
My hands felt like jelly. I dropped my phone flat on it's back onto my bedside table, flinging the damp towel behind me so it'd in the bathroom I just left.
Even though we were only connected through text, I still wanted to look presentable, so got dressed before continuing the conversation.

It was in quite a hurry, but now clothes were on my body.
My thumbs started typing before I'd even picked the blasted phone up.

[Me]: Yes! Sounds brilliant! Do you have a time and place in my mind?

[Dearheart]: What do you fancy? It's five now so let's say in an hour?

This newfound assertiveness is really something...

[Me]: Perfect. And Italian's never a bad shout? Let's go classy.

[Dearheart]: Classy works for me!

(Time skip) Y/N'S POV

We had talked a little further after that but I had to put it on hold to get ready. It was mutual, really.
Jin offered to pick me up, but I decided to go full out, taxi's are fun.

Now the black car was pulling to a holt outside a five star Italian restaurant. Classy indeed.
And there he was, waiting outside for me, looking absolutely breathtaking. He was deep in thought gazing off down the road, a bouquet of lavender and baby's breath in his hands.
When the sound of my shoes stepping out of the car pulled him out of the daydream our eyes met, and we both became a little rosy in the cheeks, my heart beat skipped.

"Well look at you..."
He breathed, and extended his hand to me.

"These are gorgeous,"
I gushed as the flowers wrapped in a band of white ribbon was passed into my significantly smaller hands.

Jin wrapped his arm around my waist.
"Compared to you, hardly."

3RD PERSON (Permission to punch me if I switch again)

The two lovebirds had wined and dined all night long. The restaurant was practically empty and they were still laughing. There had been no words acknowledging it, but their hands were together over the white table cloth, the elder's thumb stroking the beaming one's soft skin on the back of their hand. It was as if they'd become a couple the minute they were joined at the hips entering the glitzy, gold glowing eatery.
Between the pair of them there wasn't a decisive bone, so they'd ended up ordering multiple dishes each and sharing them all. Safe to say all the food was long gone, without room for dessert.
Well, not completely. They got a complimentary scoop of ice cream with the kid's menu salad they'd ordered. Nobody likes the salads, but it made them look more polished, so the smallest one did just fine.

The giddy pair were, pretty much, kicked out by the poor tired staff, and made their way hand in hand to Seokjin's car.

"I shouldn't drive."
He muttered, keys in hand.

Busses weren't what many couples imagined the location of their first kisses to be, but their's was perfect. In the back seat, smiling, old people in the front grumbling at their chipper chattering.

Seokjin couldn't bare to see Y/N back to the TIGA dorm, and so instead they invited the man in with them.

The girls were playing board games on the living room but they scurried off in to Minnie's room to continue.

Now, I'm not implying an innocent end to the evening here, nor am I implying the opposite, but the wine kept flowing.
They didn't care, that was a concern for the morning. Y/N left everything to the morning in fact, they just wanted to fall asleep next to their boyfriend.
And so they did.

(I really hope you guys enjoy this!! ❤️ i don't want it to seem rushed even thought its fast paced but hey, that's pretty hard to do. Concept is time flies when you're having fun.
But yea, :)! Till the next time......shouldn't to be too long away I hope, don't quote me on that though.)
