As we were walking back to the classroom , I ditched the class and went to the roof , don't think anyone noticed. I make it to the stairs and check for my phone , DAMNIT! My phone , where ... oh I left it in my desk. Damn,oh well. Forget it , this won't take long.
I make it the roof . It's quiet ... too quiet. "There you are",Aki said walking from the corner he was in. "I only came here to talk", I said in a stern tone. He chuckled and went to lean on the ledge.
"You know I didn't recommend to my principal that we come for some stupid sports day", Aki started first. "I only wanted to come here to talk to you", he continued. "Why-", "Join me", "what?", "you heard me, join me and both our families businesses will be bigger and richer than ever", "No", "w-what", " you only want me to join you to only benifit you", "huh, okay then , how about this...", he thought for a second "if I win against you in the sports day then you have to accept my offer", " fine, and if I win you have to leave me, my friends, and family alone.
"Deal, shake on it", I grabbed his hand and gave him a strong hand shake. He laughed "Hand shakes go a long way in the business world , you know that Eijirou.", he chuckled and towards the door.
I heard it close and looked at my hand , a deal huh , that means I have to train even harder. I have to beat him for my friends , my family. Me? I have to focus, no I need to focus.
