Mars POV
The familiar musky scent of the moist concrete basement fills my nostrils as I blink my eyes slowly and adjust to the dim, flickering light in the center of the room. Fourteen-year-old me looks around slowly, taking in my surroundings as well as my heavy eyelids will let me. The walls are streaked with green moss. The room is empty but for a metal bucket and the wooden chair which I am tied to.
Looking down, I realize I have no clothing on. I tug my hands against the rope but to no avail. Panic sets in deep as I hear a door behind me slowly creak open. Then the echo of high heels clacking on the concrete send shivers down my spine. She stops just short of my chair and places a tray of bread and water beside me before rounding and coming into view.
The woman is tall and skinny, with long curly brunette hair. Her eyes seem black in the dim light and her smile has a hint of something sinister behind it. My stomach clenches and flips at the sight of her and I struggle to swallow the hard lump forming in my throat. Emily.
“Well, now. Have you learned to behave yet?” Her voice lulls out like a song, “Mars?”
I grit my teeth and keep quiet. Emily flips her hair off her shoulder and leans down to eye level with me gripping my face with her long sharp nails digging into my skin.
“When a customer asks you for a happy ending, what is the correct response?” She asks keeping my gaze on her.
Swallowing another lump in my throat, I croak out in a hoarse voice, “Please, I’m so thirsty.”
Her face twists in anger, she yanks her hand away from my face and draws it back and slaps me hard across the face, the sting is agonizing as her sharp nails slice my skin with the movement and a dry cough chokes me as my head hangs in exhaustion.
She lifts my head with her finger and growls, “What is the correct response?”
Trying not to wince at the pain searing on my cheek I let out a shuddering breath. “Y-yes ma’am.” I cough again as a smile spreads across her face slowly.
“Very good.” She leans down and grabs the water, then tilts the glass against my lips, allowing me to take a short drink. Pulling the glass away she purrs, “And, what else?”
Clearing my throat, I bring my gaze to hers. “Inform t-them of the price difference. And explain the c-contract.”
She nods in approval and tilts the cup back to my lips. I gulp the water down in three swallows, feeling like the water is my only lifeline holding me to earth. She sets the glass down on the tray and steps back to examine me.
As her eyes trail from my head to my feet I try my hardest not to squirm under her gaze. She sighs loudly and clicks her tongue before clacking around to the back of my chair. I jump slightly as her icy hands rest on either shoulder and slowly trail down to my bare chest.
She leans down and whispers in my ear, “You have such a beautiful body. It’s a real shame what you make me do to it, just to get you to behave.” Her hands move slowly down my torso as my stomach continues to flip violently. “I could be making your body feel good. I could take away your pain.” She nudges her head against mine and buries her face in my hair, inhaling deeply. She bites down on my neck and I close my eyes tightly trying to fight nature and my body’s response. I attempt to strife a groan as her hands lightly skate across my pelvic region and she slowly slides her tongue across the bite mark.
