Chapter 1 /Time for Change\

The Dynamic Duo as many call them , Mentor and Protege, the Bat and The Robin are a unique pair with many titles for the most famous of heroes in the world especially in Gotham one of the most dangerous places in the world with equally dangerous villains as well many that fear the duo for in battle they are in sync so much so it is hard to get hits on them.
Except for tonight...tonight their synchronisation was off, way off which was effecting the dynamic so much mostly Robin who was mentally scolding himself - how was two slow moving targets throwing him off so much?! Yea sure their strong but his faster than them!- Which said two moving targets were Blockbuster and Clayface and unusual villain duo team up which suprised the two heroes at first but quickly attacked at first they were in sync but then -Not pointing fingers- Robin thinks sarcastically .
Batman broke the synchronisation and focused solely on Clayface leaving Robin with the much dangerous heavy hitter and what happens when you slip on mud produced by the ground material freak when your fighting a man that can punch you through a wall with little to no effort? A Broken fucking wrist cause said power house villain grabs ya and through you NEARLY through the wall adding bruised possible broken ribs just for shits and giggles!

Crying out in pain as he hit the wall the boy wonder is temporarily dazed hearing a annoyed grunt from his mentor and no doubt a glare , throwing a ice bomb at Clayface freezing him temporarily the Dark Knight gets a chunk of wall debris from his ungodly flight into it off Robin plus a demeaning scolding.

" Get your head IN the game Robin" was all but spat into his face before turning to a nearly unfreezed and angry Clayface who all but snatched Batman and gave him the treatment he got from Blockbuster causing the boy to smirk at the karma but that vanished as he barely dodged a attack from Blockbuster who started throwing things at the young acrobat.

Robin has pain coursing through his body dodging best he can -yep definetly a broken rib or cracked possibly breaking as I dodge- he thought bitterly as he threw smoke bombs and bat-rangs at some pillars blowing them up and causing them to bury the nearly unstoppable force.
Panting as he stood hunched hissing and gritting his teeth he turns his back on the mound of debris believing his job done and wanting to hide to assess his injuries....alas the universe was cruel and Blockbuster rose so fast Robin didn't have time to dodge the attack coming.
Eyes closed and arms well one cause the broken wrist were raised to block....after a few mins he hear an explosion and something big fall opening his eyes he sees Batman next to the defiantly now unconscious Blockbuster wearing a disappointed scowl which Robin gave a glare too.

" You fought poorly tonight, in the field it's battle or die and if you want to survive next time be ready cause I'm not gonna hold your hand all night"
The Dark night said and before Robin can yell and accuse him off breaking sync in battle he answer voice louder and angry.

" Go home! Get dressed! Don't come to work for five weeks!" He bellowed turning with a swish of his cape for dramatics and left making a call to the Comish

Robin all but kicked a piece of metal yelling in frustration then hissing at the reminder of his ribs and wrist so he left grappling his way over buildings with his good arm taking his time he doesn't care if his fucking late Bruce can go fuck himself , landing down in a alley where his bike is he opens a secret compartment grabbing a wrist brace when at the cave he will ask Alfred to x-ray the with least the old butler still cares about him, Batman lost his caring nature NO! Bruce lost it , Bruce has lost himself!
The boy wonder thought hopping in his bike carefully and taking off heading home thinking.
- His no longer Bruce! Just Batman! Vigilante diving down deep into the dark abyss he oh so badly says will never happen or hate! He won't be a criminal he won't kill! Well guess fucking what I'm dying staying with you old man!-
He grits his teeth thinking bitterly as he enters the cave going straight to mer bay where Alfred his loving grandfather meets and cares for him.

" Bruce has changed....." he says after a few mins to the older man who sighs

"I know"

"I've gotta change too.....I've gotta leave" the boy wonder says

"I know"

"I-I I'm sorry Alfie.......I love you"

" I'm sorry too my dear boy....it's ok I love you too go do what you have too" the Butler smiles sadly hugging the boy

"Thank you"
