*Alex’s P.O.V.*

Once we arrived at the Alpha’s house we shifted again and headed inside for some of Mom’s (aka Carlin’s Mom, but all close friends of Carlin and Blade call her Mom) famous pizza cookies. They are awesome!

They are regular cookies (usually of the chocolate chip variety) but baked in a pizza pan with melted chocolate drizzled on top.

“Hiya lovelies. What can do for you?” Mom asks.

“Do you think that maybe we could have some of those amazing cookies you make?” Ender says using his ‘cute’ voice.

“Sure thing peaches” She says as she takes 4 pizza pans out of the oven.

“Hold on, why are you only giving us 4? I can see there is another pan in there!!” Ender asks her. No Ender is not an ungrateful greedy a**hole, he just likes his cookies.

“That is for Carlin and Talen when they finally come back. Which reminds me did she break her record?”Mom asks Shauna.

“Yup she sure did! But we didn’t let Talen in on it so he was kinda freaking out. Whoopsies” She answers while laughing a little at the end.

*Sigh* “Poor Carla, she won’t be hearing the end of that anytime soon”

After that she gave us our portions of the cookies and we gobbled them down is silence.

Chapter 5 Part 1

Carlin’s P.O.V.

After we got home yesterday and ate the pizza cookie mom made for us it was only about 10:30pm. Talen and I decided that we should go out, which turned into a movie.

~Flashback~

“I wanna see Tangled!” I declared as we looked at the movie list thing.

“Fine we’ll watch it but you better come back with me and see Tron” Talen said pouting like a little kid.

“ ‘Kay” I said happily.

~2 ½ hours later~

OMG! The movie was amazing!! I should really get some frying pan lessons so I can be a super awesome ninja with it too.

“Surprisingly, that was actually a really good movie” Talen admitted while we drove around the city, (most people would think this was a quiet little town but it’s not)

“Can we get some ice-cream?” I asked with the biggest puppy-dog eyes possible.

“Sure” he answers quickly, trying to not get sucked into my stare. Hehe score 1 point for me!

By the time we got home it was like 2:30 A.M. and we were both kinda tired, so we decided it was best for Talen to stay and spend the night at my house. Of course it was for protection from the, uhh, monsters under my bed and in the closet. Yes! Victory! That’s my excuse for tomorrow if anyone asks about him.

I grabbed some basketball shorts from Blades room and handed them to Talen, then went into the bathroom to change into my p.j.’s. They were a pair of hot pink and black flannel pants and a black tank top.

Once I exited the bathroom I saw that Talen was already lying in my bed with his eyes closed. He was so cute I just wanted to take a picture. I quickly looked around and saw my cell phone on my desk. I did a ninja jump and landed in front of it. I picked it up but failed to notice that it was charging and the charger was still plugged into the wall. The phone was ripped from my hands and landed on the floor with a big thump, making Talen aware of my presence. Damn, a good blackmail picture opportunity ruined.
