"Mel! You're back!" Jax exclaimed, Melissa was now panting, she ran over to the Hall after all, "Y-Yeah.... Hah... I.... I ran here...." Melissa said between breaths, Jax nodded and a voice suddenly came.
"Welcome to Everston School of Royalty, New students, I am your headmaster, Headmaster Lawrence, I hope you enjoy your stay here, but first, I'd like to say a few things...."
And with that, Headmaster Lawrence continued on and on with the rules and other things. Melissa was stuck in thought though, she was still confused on why and how she was royalty at all, she was also nervous.
A few minutes later, she was now in class, sitting beside a boy with brown hair and blue(?) eyes (it's Michael yall-) he was paying attention to the class, Jax was sitting behind her with a girl with black hair fading to dark red, the teacher then came in, "Good morning class, im Ms (insert good name here guys), and today, I will be teaching you about some history about how the commoners and royalty came to be.... " The whole class was attentive, some didn't even care when the Royals story come into place, it was like they already heard it before.
Soon enough, class ended and it was finally time for lunch.
"Man, that class was really...boring..." Jax muttered silently, just enough for Melissa and him to hear.
Melissa just chuckled a bit and shook her head, knowing and understanding what her best friend meant.
"Hey, what do you wanna buy for lunch Mel? I was planning on getting some sandwiches." The boy asked.
"Hm? Oh me? I'll take the Sandwiches too." Melissa replies with a small smile.
"That's great!! Let's go find a table to sit on!"
"Alright Captain." The girl giggled while Jax puffed out his chest and helped Melissa towards an empty table.
Soon enough they chatted about how their classes all went, Jam groaning at the thought of all the piling homework he'll be getting sooner or later in the day.
Melissa only listened and talked about her experiences that day as well, telling her best friend about what happened in the headmasters office too.
The longer they sat there the more they got distracted and got caught up with each others stories.
All of a sudden, the school bell rung, signalling the next classes should start soon.
"Oh! There goes the bell, I'll see you after school then Mel. See ya!" Jax waved his goodbye at Melissa before running off.
"See you soon too Jax!! Good luck!" melissa returned as she approached her class that was nearby apparently.
The day just couldn't get so much worse anyway so what's the hurt if she just said things to Jax?
Wrong, horribly wrong.
Jax had almost spilled what she was meant to keep a secret with the Headmaster. Thankfully, though, the blue haired girl made an excuse and took Jax away from whoever the student was and asked him not to do anything about the secret.
"Sorry about that..."
"It's okay Jax, I should've told you about keeping it down. Just- just don't to that again, okay?"
Jax nods.
Great, problem solved.
