Noah shot up 'another dream' he thought he had been having nightmares for a long time but the ones with al just started, as his thoughts buzzed in his mind loudly he got up and walked to the plains bathroom 

the book worm knew what to do

Noah reached into his pocket to grab a razor blade and rolled up his sleeve, as tears rolled down the boys face he plunged the blade into his own skin with searing pain and watched as bright blood rolled down his arm like raindrops.

he relished in the pain- he did deserve it- right?  but then an unexpected figure walked through the door

Alejandro stepped into the room "did you do that you yourself" he said, shocked shamefully Noah looked away but that spoke louder than the words "that's a lot..of blood" al remarked, stepping words Noah "w-why would you care?" the smaller boy hissed "it fine, im fine why did you even come here in the first place?" he finished ".

I heard you crying, you clearly aren't fine" the taller one responded, anger filling his insides, enraged with whoever made Noah want to do this to himself "I'm... im going to leave this never happens," Noah said, breaking the Spaniard's train of thought "no, you are staying with me tonight, and I'm cleaning you up" al said, getting nearer to Noah "I don't want to see you hurt," the slippery eel said "N-No don't t-touch me-" Noah was cut off by the taller boy grabbing his arm "dear lord..." he said as he lifted Noah's sleave revealing scars littering Noah's arm as Noah failed to stop tears from rolling down his face. Alejandro got gauze, medical pads, and rubbing alcohol then he got a tissue, dabbed it in the alcohol, and swiped up "this will sting a bit, grab onto me" he spoke softly. Noah nodded and grabbed the taller boys arm

next, he put the medical pad on Noah's arm and wrapped gauze around it and squeezed the short boy in a hug

the cuddled on the bathroom floor for the rest of the night

that was just the beginning
