"Okay, don't go around telling mom and dad or our brothers but...He kinda asked me to be his girlfriend." I told Sana whose eyes widened as big as saucers, she covered her mouth to prevent her from squealing.
"Okay." She took in a deep breath. "Did you say yes?"
I nodded, letting out a small sigh which made her tilt her head at me in confusion.
"Then what's with that look and that sigh?" She asked me. I shrugged.
"I don't know...I'm just wondering if I made the right choice. I mean we've known each other for like 2 weeks? Is that enough time?" I asked her.
I like Yoongi, he's...different than the typical guys I go for so not exactly my type but, he's nice and sweet and I always enjoy our time out but is it too soon?
Sana rolled her eyes which let me know right away that she didn't like my questions.
"Ailee. You always do everything by a time. You can't plan out relationships thats not how it works. You have a set time for everything in your life you need to stop." She said sternly.
"I do not." I said defensively.
She gave me a look. "Okay, how about you planning out your life. How you say you'll get married by 22 and have your first baby at 23 then another at 24 and another at 25 and then again at 26 and how the order will be boy girl boy girl? You can't plan a gender." She rolled her eyes.
"And how about you planning how since you ate chinese last night you can't have it again until 2 weeks later? Who does that?" She scoffed.
"Hey! A lot of people do that-
"But it's not normal because you do it even though you still want it you don't let yourself until the 2 weeks are up." She sassed.
What was wrong with having a time table? It was a good way to organize and plan. I didn't see anything wrong with my habit in fact I find it helpful.
"Life doesn't go by plans, let alone love. Love isn't something you can plan, what if you and yoongi break up in two years? You'll be 22 and you want to get married at 23, you'll need time to heal from that break up so what? Are you trying to say that you'll just get married in a matter of a few months?"
"Okay...I see your point but I don't think having a planned out life is wrong." I huffed before getting up and walking away.
I wanted to go out for a drink or two but going with Sana would just turn into her lecturing me even more and Shina had her own law school to deal with and Luna would just leave me alone after a drink to find a guy to talk to and I didn't plan on drinking alone.
I got a call from Yoongi and answered. "Hey wanna go out for drinks?"
"Uh...hello to you too. I was gonna ask if you wanted to go on a walk but I guess drinks work too. As long as you promise not to get black out drunk, i'll pick you up in 15?"
