"Hey Veronica, isn't this your boyfriend?" A skinny girl said holding her phone in front

"Where?" I asked.

"Here", she showed me a picture.

It was a picture of a boy hugging JasmineBombshellBadassHeartKittyCat.

"I don't see him", I said.

" Are you sure?" She swiped to the next photo. It was a picture of Blake and Jasmine, hugging. Wtf.

"The picture was taken 2 minutes ago, they are still outside.

I quickly grabbed the girls phone and l went outside where the picture was taken Blake and Jasmine where still there.

" What the fuck is this?" I said stood in between them facing Blake and Jasmine was now facing my back. I held the phone in his face showing Blake the picture.

"Hey, this is not what it seems like", Blake said.

" So what the heck is this then, when did you and Jasmine start talking again, and why are were you hugging her?" The whole school started circling us trying to know what's going on. Just then Jasmine the bombsheller started crying.

I looked at her. I rolled my eyes.

"Why the fuck are you crying?" I asked.

"Veronica, Jasmine's parents are getting divorced", he said. " I was hugging her because I was trying to comfort her" he said.

Makes sense.

"Jasmine, your parents are getting divorced? I'm so so sorry", I said.

" Great, now thanks to you, the whole school knows", she ran away and Blake ran after her. Woah, this thing is serious for the first time in my life l was feeling sympathetic towards Jasmine.

So after school Stacy and me drove over to my house to do our homework then we started talking in between writing homework.

"Do you think l should apologise to Jasmine?" I asked Stacy.

"Bestgirl, you did nothing wrong and so you think that cry was because her parents are getting divorced?" Stacy said.

"I dont know, maybe they really are", l said.

" Roni, I've known Jasmine since middle school trust me when l say she is a drama queen and this is one of her plans to get Blake back", Stacy said.

"Stacy, don't be heartless" l said.

"Roni dont say l didn't warn you, those crocodile tears she cried weren't because you made everyone know that her parents were gonna get divorced? She was trying to get everyone to sympathise with her and slowly melt Blake's heart, trust me, maybe this is just me being evil and not sympathising with her" Stacy said.

What she said kinda made sense l mean that girl was cunning but this time I thought things were genuine. I donno.

Just then Blake came over.

"Blake!" I said.

"Hey baby" he said.

"Howz JasmineBombshellBadassHeartKittyCat", l said.

"Are you asking coz you care or this is just a formality", he said.

" To be honest, I dont like the fact that you guys are getting close, I mean after all this time, you start talking and hugging", I said.

"Well, Jasmine and me where close friends once before we started dating and l once promised her that I would always be there for her, nomatter what and l guess I'm fulfilling my promise", he said.
