n. disclaimer: readers of my stories will know that i am on a mission to diversify my casts. readers of medicine will know i looked at census data in seattle to create a cast that was indicative of reported racial demographics in the city. here, i intend to do no less. unfortunately, that leaves us with a cast of predominantly white people as. the majority of hockey players are white. from my understanding, this ties in with the realities of how expensive and inaccessible the sport is to low-income families. bearing such in mind i was put in a position to regard or disregard the data and information staring at me. i chose neither. ambiguity is our friend. as always, i invite you to envision whoever you would like in my stories. please. though i cast several of the main characters: margeaux, harry, jack, asher, and coley, i also welcome you to envision whoever you would like for some of the side characters: bracken, wheeler, etc. please don't limit yourself. as always: enjoy the story.
