I quickly and quietly run through the corridors. This was my one day off this month and I was not spending it in the castle. With my sword on my hip and bag thrown over my back, I sped to the garden of the castle where, hopefully, if I'm not caught, I can jump over the wall and spend my day in the Viridian Forest, sketching the animals and plant life in my note book. I stop and hug a wall as the guards changing shifts pass by. I'll need no one in the garden to make my escape. Once they pass, I go through where they came from, out the doors and into the large garden, which belonged to my mother. The garden was massive and took many gardeners to care for it, but it wasn't time for them to start. I run through the garden to reach the wall furthest from the door, yet dead in front of it. I throw my bag over the wall and take a running jump to grab and hoist myself over the wall. I quietly land on the ground, grab my bag and run into the forest.
As I run, I immediately felt at home. The smell of the pine sap from the trees invaded my nostrils which I inhaled with delight. The sounds of the birds chirping and my feet crunching against the forest floor was like the angels were singing. I walk for a while, this way if they do send gaurds, it'll take a while for them to find me, also I was looking for something new to sketch when I saw it. It was a clearing with the largest pine tree I have ever seen. The first thing I was gonna do, was sketch the tree, then I'll climb the tree and sketch what I see from above. I sit down against a smaller tree near the edge of the field and pull out my sketchbook, a nice brown leather cover with,
For the Future
-Midoriya Izukuetched into the leather. I unwrap the leather strap keeping it closed and open it up flipping halfway through to the next blank page and begin to draw. The tall pine tree may take a while, I could even draw the field. What an anomaly this is, just a field with a lone tree. I wonder if the tree is lonely. With the sun at my feet, warming my body, I begin to feel sleepy. It wouldn't hurt to close my eyes for a little, right? And so I do, with the intent of not falling asleep, but the sounds of the birds, heat of the sun, and smell of the pine said otherwise, causing me to drift asleep. I don't know how long I laid asleep, but I was awaken to the ground crunching under someone's feet and the smell of an alpha. My eyes shoot open, alphas were dangerous, especially for an omega like myself. We were just born weaker, though I could easily pass as a beta, betas are still weaker then alphas. I stand up, draw my sword, and run, there was no way I was fighting an alpha. I hear a howl from behind and then feet crunching after me. Sketchbook in my hand, the other holding my sword, I tried to put my book into my bag, while running. Not the best idea, but I had no choice. The person was definetly getting closer as I began to choke on the alpha pheromones that smelled of spiced apple and campfire, though the smokiness was very strong. My eyes water from the scent, it was so strong and dominant, but I kept running. God, how far did I go into the forest, it felt like I've been running forever? The person was getting closer and closer when I was tackled. I ended up dropping my sword as a wolf was going for my throat. I kick and pushed, keeping the snarling wolf away from my neck. As I struggled, I used my right hand to reach down my thigh to grab a hidden knife and stabbed the wolf. It gave me enough time to stand up, grab my sword and get into a defensive stance. The wolf looked up with a murderous gleam in his eyes.
"Who the fuck are you!?" I yell. The wolf smiles and transforms into a tall, very muscular human, with no clothes, but I have no time to be flustered. He brushed his hand through his spiked hair and smirked.
"The last person you'll ever see," he said menacingly. With that he charges with his bare hands, sharp, black nails aimed at my chest. I step to the side, causing him to miss me, and swing my sword downwards hitting his back. "You little fucker," he laughs, "You actually hit me. Well," he stands up straight and brings his hand to his mouth, "maybe I'll have some fun before I kill you."
