First day of my new school. As the rest of the students headed towards the school building with ease, my feet felt like two cinder blocks keeping me from leaving the gates of the school. To anyone who's starting at a new school they'll always have that familiar knot in their stomach as well as feeling their legs become all stiff. But for me it was more than that. A cold sweat ran down the side of my cheek, this was definitely a bad idea to begin with.
" How the hell am I supposed to make it through the whole school year without getting caught??"
if it wasn't clear already i'm not supposed to be here since i don't exactly 'fit in' with the kids at this school. To understand how i even got here let's go back a few moments ago to this morning.
Earlier that morning:
As the two twins started to get ready for their new year's at their academies. the oldest one then suddenly had an idea. Approaching her younger brother who was still getting ready in his room she knocked on the dark, wooden door whilst she leaned against the doorways. Having a mischievous look on her face she said her reason for being there
"Hey soso why don't we make a bet? Ya know like the ones we'd used to do as kids". The younger twin glanced up to his sister, letting a tired sigh escape his mouth while continuing to tie his tie around his neck
"you mean the ones where you'd usually get to me to do some dumb stuff and I ended up getting in trouble?" he asked once finished getting ready. Without giving her a chance to respond he quickly shut her down "-yeah no thanks, it's too early for this" Walking over to his vanity to fix up his albino long locks he could see her older sister walking up behind him through the mirror. Fixing up his hair for him, parting his hair in half to let both parts run down on his chest.
she suggested once again in a more whiny tone "come onn, we're not gonna see each other for like an entire year! Can we at least do this one last time?" he glanced over to her once more. With her giving him the good ol' puppy dog eyes he stared at her hoping she'd stop...she didn't.. letting out a long and annoyed sigh sosaku nodded.
He wasn't sure what this bet might be this time but he was hoping it was something sweet and simple. Turning around to face her he asked "So whats the stupid bet this time?" with a shrug to the shoulder and a slight hum she then answered with stars shining in her eyes"hmm.. Why don't we do the good old so-shi-switcharouny!!"
... dead silence came after that. Sosaku simple smiled and gave his answer
"...no"
"cOME ON"
"no it's dumb-"
"-dO IT! DO IT! DO IT!"
with his sister still egging him on the two continued to bicker on and on until sosaku became even more frustrated then before. finally giving in to her antics he yelled out-
"FINE FINE WHATEVER"
It was stupid for him. What they'd do is switch places and pretend to be one another to fool the people around them. But it'd only really work with people they don't know.
And now we're back here. Sosaku standing at the gate of his new academy. Suitcase in one hand and the other tugging at his skirt from the back which kept flying up due to the small breeze occurring. Yes, a skirt. Turns out his sister ended up choosing to go to an all girl's school known as yokohama jirbami high.
Since he couldn't just walk up to school with his usual male uniform he ended up wearing this school's uniform. With a brown uniform skirt that reached up to his mid thighs he had thigh high stockings that matched with the skirt. Aside from that there was a cream blazer with a long sleeved shirt underneath, all cutely tied up with a lace bow around his neck. Sosaku will admit he rocked the uniform, but that still didn't mean he wasn't pissed off that he pretty much got the short end of the stick here.
That being said he seriously didn't wanna go in but in this case he couldn't go back now since his damn car left. 'Seriously...' he looked up at the creson of the school. Well he looked around the area in general to see how many kids were already entering. Besides that the school seemed decent. With cherry blossoms aligning the way to the entrance and the brown cobble ground covering its path everything was in a way super organized.
"Alright you got this sosaku...just one year" he mumbled to himself to build up whatever courage he still had left in him. slowly approaching the main entrance of the building with his suitcase trailing behind. What could possibly go wrong?
