This quirk allows you to distort the reality of someone you can see. This quirk can not affect blind people or people with their eyes closed.

You are Ms Jokes secret love child- jk your quirk feeds off of happiness and laughter, [shut up I'm making this up on the spot] when you fuel up enough you can release sadness, basically like blue diamond from su. Sometimes you lose control of it when crying yourself, the less happy the person is the more likely they keep it bottled up which means a huge boss that gives a shit ton of xp.

The ability to slow down time.

Astral Projection, you can leave your body and push someone else out of theirs and take control, whenever that happens their normal eye colour becomes your eye colour, though this may seem a bit op, your body is vulnerable to spirits and they can take over your body.

The user can mute anyone's hearing or their voice just by making eye contact.
