11 years ago, the Human nation had a fallout with the Werewolf nation. The reasons of the spark was quite vague —yet the fire raged on too heavily. Unstoppable, like a downstream river, yet not so pleasant.
Lives lost were countless, by both the nations. Economic loss was beyond a comparison even.
However the war continued to rage on. At some point due to the same vague reason but mostly due to pride. Pride kills you one day, and the more you keep it, the more does the poison spread—claiming you whole, until the poison dipped dagger finally slips out of your hand and embeds itself in your chest.
Just like it has for me.
At the moment, I'm drawing my last breaths on the very battlefield I once glorified —and now loathe.
I was, what you may call, a Tyrant. The once adopted daughter of a Duke's, now nothing more or less, than the dying Villainess.
All my live I'd lived as the Duke's daughter, feeling the royalty flow through my veins until my 18th year—when my father's sudden death and the truth of my birth was revealed to me. Being an illegitimate heiress to the throne of the Kingdom was a pretty hard blow. As strong as I thought I was, I may'd been weak to take it all up, for the next moment I was walking up to the King's Dias to confront him directly.
Foolish right?
Rather I should be grateful they didn't kill me on sight. However...The King was rather cruel. To offer me the position in his army, to see a way to dispose me off in battlefield —a well planned treason.
But he failed. I grew stronger with each passing moment. Foolishly, not thinking about the one who I'd been risking my neck for, was actually breathing down daggers, to kill me—I started glorifying my ranks.
And when the Battle between the two kingdom started, I was in the spotlight. "The Wolf Killer" "Red Tyrant"—what not was I named off!
But never did I failed to think that there was anyone to take me down- until they did.
Even if was a half act of betrayal from my father's side, who knew I'd never win against them, I was sent to clash my sword against the Second Prince of the Enemy Kingdom.
Within moments was I shown my place, low in the grounds of Helheim - with sorrow and regret.
A wish that if the Hourglass were to reverse, I'd want to show the King his rightful place..... Claim my revenge... And be a free hero instead of captivated Villainess?
