"i sat down on the ground of the uncompleted building i slept the other night while tears trickled down my face as i look up God when i saw a man standing in front of me "
Emmanuel POV
Today that i came back from office earlier so i grabbed my car key and headed to my new site of which i must check that day because it been awhile dat i check on it, as i reach my site a notice a presence but i wave it off not until i move inside and saw a girl of twenty years if i should guess right, because her stature can be compared to my sister Precious , she sat on the ground while tears trickled down her face it seems she has been in deep thought because she doesn't seem to notice my presence, she was shocked when she looked up and saw me
Emmanuel :hey!what are you doing here
Mercy POV
My mind flashback to a story my grandma told me when she was alive,she told me that in the olden days if any girl is seen in an uncompleted building it is either they kill her or raped her immediately my mind reach the dreadful story i already know trouble await me
Emmanuel POV
It seem she is lost in thought again so i asked her the question again
Mercy :(crying) please sir don't kill me, i promise not to come here anymore
Ennanuel POV
As she was saying this, i already know something is wrong with her somewhere
But i couldn't fathom what was wrong
So i spoke up, hey am not here to harm you, why are you here? Don't you have home?
Mercy POV:
As he told me this i felt peace around him so i told him all i went through
Emmanuel Pov :as she told me this my mind went straight to the maid my mum need so i checked what i wanted to check in the house and i told her to follow me to my house
Because i believe that whoever that is in need ee should always help
Gabriel POV
I freshened up as soon as i reach home, i was now sitting on the couch, browsing on my phone when my mind reach what my mum told me although i always have ill-luck when it comes to dating issue,girls are always my fortune but about ronke she seems different and i prayed thinks work out for me, while thinking this i noticed it up to 3hours that i called herand she hasn't called back definitely something is wrong somewhere because it has unlike her not to call back when she missed calls,si i dialed her number again yet she didn't answer the call, so i have to go and check on her
Paulina POV
This is the fifth time Gabriel will call me today,oh! You're wondering why I haven't been picking his calls, anyways chief is with me and am having a nice time with him,so am too busy for Gabriel
****************Paulina and pot-bellied man were romancing on the bed half naked. I caught them red handed. My girlfriend with an old man? NO. This is so unfair. They both looked back and saw me. Paula quickly got off him feeling ashamed but the old fool just asked her with command tone that who am i? I shooked my head sadly and turned back leaving them i stormed out of her apartment with anger,i got to my car and hit my fist hard on the body. Why? Why is everything unfair with me? I thought to my self leaning on the body of my car
