Power Capabilities-This power can manipulate snow and ice. Leader Xiumin is able to control the weather by having it snow and hail as he desires. He can instantly freeze a target by dropping the temperature drastically. Xiumin can also create glacier walls in which he uses to keep XExo clones trapped. Also with this power he is able to make ice pillars to protect his citizens.
