Power Description-This power can control all forms of lighting as desired. Irreversible damage can be inflicted upon the target by controlling how intense of a thunderbolt and where he strikes it. This power not only controls and creates lighting but can also cause storms, hail and other weather phenomena. Chen is immune to all weather conditions thus his role in working along side Xiumin. Chen is also able to create magnetic fields that he uses in protecting his citizens.
