Mila picked up her phone and looked closely at the texts, rereading them one by one and soon coming to realization. She didn't want anything to do with Nate nor Sammy, just finish high school and move back to Canada for college.
Mila: I'm home now. Delete my number and don't talk to me, please.
She puffed out her cheeks and waited for a reply, she was nervous because this was the first time she had fell passionately in love with someone that didn't hurt her.
Nate: Wait what? Mila please, what have I done?
It broke her heart to read the text,, this time it was harder to let go but she had no choice. Sammy had taken privilege of her unconscious body and there was nothing she could do.
Mila's POV
I wanted to see Nate for the last time, to love him once more. I decided to call him over to the little park nearby and talk to him. I picked up my jacket and phone, said my goodbye to my mum and left.
I was gently swinging on the swings till I saw Nate walk up to me. He had a bruised eye and I felt my heart shatter into thousands of pieces. I try to keep my tears in and continue swinging.
"Mila," he whispers as he sits on the swing beside me, "Yeah," I quietly reply looking down at my feet. "Mila what have I done wrong?" He sounded really hurt as those words came out of his mouth. "Nate I can't do this anymore, its just.. as soon as you left that's where it all started," I say as my voice is wobbly. I stop swinging and continue looking at my feet.
"What happened?" He says, "It's all my fault, I was the one who took his hand so he can hook up with me, I'm so sorry Nate this wasn't meant to happen," I burst in to tears as he gets up, pulls me up so I end up resting my head on his chest. "Ssh Mila it's okay I forgive you," he was rubbing my back and kissing my head.
I wasn't expecting him to forgive me, I was hoping that he wouldn't care and just ditch me there but instead we hung around at the park and watched the stars, we talked for hours and got to know each other better. We held hands the whole time we walked home, he dropped me off and soon I realised that he was the one.
"Thanks for walking me home, and calming me down.." I look down at my feet again, he places his finger under my chin and lifts my head up, "No worries princess, I'm glad I made you happy," he smiled as his crystal green eyes glimmered back into mine, "I'll pick you up tomorrow for some breakfast, good night princess" he said as he kissed my forehead, "Good night Nate." I smiled back, he left my porch and I made my way in.
My mum was standing there with her arms crossed, "I need to know who this young man is." she said with a smirk on her face, I walked towards her and hugged her really tight, "The love of my life." I mumbled under my breath. Me and mum sat in the kitchen and had our 'mother and daughter' time where we would gossip and laugh around. My mum was almost like my best friend, she knows me too well when I'm upset or even if I'm hungry, I can tell her anything and she will react not only like a sister but how a best friend would. At around 1am I got into bed after a quick shower and hot chocolate, I was so tired that I dozed straight to sleep.

Nate's POV
I forgave Mila because I loved her, she was the only one that made me feel good when I was with her. I know it sounds stupid as we have just met but it's like she has completed a part of me that was missing. I knew Sammy had gotten her high. I couldn't believe that he took her as an advantage to get laid. I wanted her to feel special so I decided to take her out for breakfast, or more like brunch because I knew she would be tired after everything.
I sent her a text to see if she was up around 8 and when I got no reply I decided to go round her house. It was a Saturday and was pretty warm, I knocked on her door and her mum answered,
"Hello ma'am is Mila in?" I asked, she nodded and welcomed me inside, "She's just upstairs, in fact you can wake her up if you want Nate, she didn't get to bed till 1 or so," she directed me upstairs to where her room was. She was so sweet and I felt loved by her family already.
I knocked on her door but there was no reply. I quietly walked into her dark room and spotted her still fast asleep. I approached her bed and laid down beside her so if she woke up she would see me. She looked so peaceful and beautiful when she was asleep, I kissed her forehead and wrapped my arm around her waist. I then kissed her nose then lips and pulled back. Mila was a very deep sleeper, I got up and walked towards her window to open her blinds, the sun beamed on every inch of the room, I thought by now she would have woken up but she was so persistent.
I opened the windows to hear the birds tweeting and stared outside for a bit, the fresh breeze hit my face and soon felt warm arms wrap around my waist. "Good morning handsome," she whispered into my ear with her morning voice. I turned around to face her and replied "Good morning princess," I lifted her off of both feet and walked over to the bed to drop her, she laughed as I fell on top kissing her forehead and tickling her.
"Nate, s-stop please," she giggled kicking me every so often, I gave in and looked at her one more time. I was really lucky to have her - that's where my thoughts spoke aloud so she heard me, "I'm lucky to have you too Maloley." as our lips crashed into each other.

ashdhs what?! only four chapters in and we're almost at 600+ reads?! this is the reason why I love everybody who is reading this :) soooo nate forgave mila and now they're in a budding romance :3 this is so cute, its also cute how a kid who i like (hint like alot) sent me goofy snapchats :D
