I see Riley and her mom and dad walk up to the restaurant as we get out the car. My mom is clenching her jaw like she always does when she's uncomfortable. Riley walks up and hugs me as we all walk in and sit down. After sitting, everyone is snacking on bread and I feel Riley warn me she's about to start. Riley looks up at her mom and dad clearing her throat. Everyone looks at her as she breaks the news . Her mom cries quietly but in joy looking up and taking Lee's hand. Her dad looks shocked and my mom and dad quietly ask questions trying not to be too cheerful. They have always wanted a grandchild. Everything goes way better than we expected. Both sets if parents offer to help with the baby and supper is delicious.
