In this world, there are two types of people. The people who can grant wishes ( deomai), and the people who try to get their wish granted ( ringos). To find which one is which, check behind the right ear. You will see small silver circle, on the right side of the head. These are the deomais.
The deomais will only get one wish, but they can't use it on themselves.
Oh, and did I mention, the wish will be granted, once they are dead.
Yup, you heard it right. Dead. The ringos, or the " regulars " will have to kill the deomai to get their wish. You'd be surprised how many people don't even think twice to kill to get what they want.
There's no limit to the wish as well. Someone died? Bring them back to life! Someone poor? Wish for all the riches! People are born to be selfish after all.
They are the reason why the deomai will do everything, to hide that circle.
