this person would live longer than the average lifespan even for wizards, once every three or so centuries two children would be born with suitable magic in them.
Percy Weasley being one. and a girl Slytherin in his year being the other.
They both are drawn to the forbidden forest during their first year, meeting the current healer who explains to them their history and teaches them old magic and natural remedies.
They become multi animagi at least one form being a magical creature.
They become close like siblings (or a romantic relationship)
They take over in the place of their mentor(s) sometime after the war.
