chapter 1

The alarm rings softly in the background but I'm already awake,I have been awake for atleast 2 hours now,I'm not tired though,not at all.
I turn over to my nightstand and reach for my phone,I turn off the alarm and set it back.

I sit up,take a 3 long breaths,in through the nose and out through the mouth before getting out of bed.i head straight for the shower and finish up after about 20 minutes,I walk back into my room and apply my body lotion before putting on my bra and underwear.i take my phone and hook it up to my system before I go to my NF playlist and put it on shuffle,remember this  begins blasting through the speakers,silencing everything else.i quickly run to the bathroom to brush my teeth before returning to my room.

I grab the outfit I had laid out the night before which consisted of black high waisted skinny jeans and  my favourite cropped maroon hoodie with the words fuck off  written across  it.i quickly got dressed and pulled on my maroon high tops converse,once I was done I ran a brush through my hair and applied some cherry lip gloss  before stuffing my backpack with everything that I need.i walk downstairs to the kitchen where my mum is busy sipping on her coffee while reading the newspaper.

"Morning ma,"I greet her as I begin preparing a bowl of cereal.
"Jason told me about the breakup. "She says,putting down the newspaper.

Of course he did

"How could you cheat on that sweet young man??!"she all but yells."cheat on him??are you fucking with me right now?!"
"Watch that dirty mouth of yours around me rahiah.im warning you"
She threatens silently
"That wasn't a warning, mother"i spit the word out with so much venom I can basically taste it on my tongue
"That was a threat, but dont worry mommy dear, message received."

She sighs and goes back to reading her newspaper and I keep quiet after that but only on the outside, on the inside I'm on the verge of exploding,I quickly finish up my cereal and dump the bowl into the sink before grabbing my backpack and heading straight for the door..
"No kiss??"my mum asks from behind  the newspaper. I stop,take 3 deep breaths and walk back to my mum,laying a kiss on the top of the her head."good bye ma,"I breath into her hair before walking out of the house.

The walk to school is not long,and before I know it I'm standing in front of a building with the words COVEN FALLS HIGH SCHOOL written on top of the automatic double doors.the parking lot is still crowded seeing as there is still about 30 minutes before school starts.i scan the lot for any familiar faces but when I come up empty,i sigh and walk into the school and head towards my locker.

Coven falls high school is a prestigious learning academy,or atleast that's what the brochures said,which consisted of a 3 story building,and according to my schedule, my locker was on the second floor.

Great,I though,now I gotta walk all the way up the stairs

What?I take pride in my laziness.yeah,that's what she said. After what feels like a long gruesome walk I finally make it to my locker and begin getting all the books I will need before lunch.
"Hey fugly biatch,what the fuck are you doing here,aren't you suppose to be in the psych ward or something?"

Really jesus????really?

"Chloe dear,you look extra fake this semester. what'd you do?upgrade to the latest botox over the holiday??"I mock,voice dripping with sarcasm.
Chloe Hartley,self elected queen bitch of the school since the 9th grade when she moved to coven falls.she has this obsession with me because apparently I'm "the hottest girl in the whole school".and that's why she has made it her life mission to make everyday of my life a living hell,she tries,but me dealing with the shit I deal with on a daily basis,her confrontations have turned into more of witty banter. It's hard to take her seriously knowing that she hates me because Jason chose me over her.

Oh how I wish he had chosen her instead, they're a match made in hell.

"Listen here you little psycho b-"
"No you listen here you bonafide barbie wannabe,I have put up with all  your bullshit for the past 4 years because of Jason and justin,but now justin is gone and I could give two shits about Jason,you can have him.so I suggest you get the fuck out of my face before I give you a damn good reason to send me to the psych ward. "I threaten venomously,and the little fear behind the glare shes sending me says my message has been received and understood.
"Whatever."she mutters before walking away.
"What?no comeback?come on chlo."I call after her,earning a middle finger in return,which causes me to laugh.

Too easy

"Why are you so hell bent on making chloe miserable??"I hear an amused, very familiar voice ask from behind and a smile instantly takes over my face threatening to split it in half
"Justin???"I squeal in delight before attacking him with a monster hug.
"Oh my god I thought you were already gone,I cant believe you left without saying goodbye...."my voice cracks at the end but,that doesn't matter,even if I wanted to cry,my body wouldn't let me.
"I'm right here silly. "Justin chuckles,untangling my arms from around his neck. I pull back to look at my bestfriend,it feels I haven't seen him in ages even though it has only been like a week.his sandy brown hair  is still the same,sitting atop his head in the same messy mob it always is,his eyes though,have changed,they are still the same golden honey orbs with ocean blue speckles swimming around the iris,but they have a small glimmer in them that wasn't there before.so I think justin might be inlove

Oh boy
