That One Encounter (Hajime x reader)

Our final evening here

I hear Sonia open the curtains.
I slowly open my eyes, I see Chiaki staring at me.
"Good morning." I say sleepily.
They also greet me too and we start getting ready,
"It's our last day I'm so sad!" Sonia says,
Everyone else agrees. I'm bummed too I won't see Hajime every night but he lives so close to me I'm sure to see him soon.
"Mikan you fell so much." Chiaki says,
"IM SORRY I CANT HELP IT" Mikan says.
The girls start laughing.
Everyone slowly starts the leaving the hotel room.
Chiaki is the only one left.
"Hey y/n?"
"Yes?" I say.
"Who's this person your seeing every evening?" She asks curiously.
"WHAT? WHAT DO YOU MEAN???" I ask clearly I'm very flustered.
"You leaves Ibuki's concert every evening and walk with this a very tall boy, who is he?" She asks,
Crap! She saw us!
I didn't want them knowing because I don't them pestering Hajime.
"Oh him..." I think I have to just tell her at this point....
"His name is, Hajime. Hajime Hinata, and I met him on the first day few days here." I confess.
She smiles,
"Cute, do you guys like each other?" She asks,
"What? Of course we do Chiaki!" I say with a smile.
She keeps smiling,
"I'm glad you happy, you never seem like you fit in with the rest of us. I hope you're happy and don't worry I won't tell the rest of them" she says.
"Thank you." I say,
Chiaki is my friend, she really knows me and cares for me.
We both leaves the hotel room.

It's now evening and it's Ibuki's last concert.
I wait on the bench near the garden for Hajime.
I see a text message from him,
"I'm running late! I'll be there soon!"

I see Hajime walking up,
"Hey y/n" he says with a smile.
"Hajime" I say with a smile as well.
"Since today's our last day here, I thought you might like this, as a little present." He says showing that he was holding a cute little rose sprinkled in glitter and had a small ribbon wrapped around it.
It's so cute and precious I want to keep it forever.
Crap! I didn't get him anything!
"Hajime! Thank you! I love it! But Hajime sorry but I didn't get you anything." I say looking down at the flower.
He puts his hand on my head, I look up.
"Don't worry about it! We'll see each other a lot! After all we don't live far away from each other." He says smiling. I blush.
But here he'll get this small present from me.

I lean him and kiss him.

He wraps his arms around me.
We stand there like that for bit.
I finally back up,
"There, I can give you that." I say with a smile.
"That... works..." he says flustered.
We walk around and talk for the last time.
The concerts end so that means this ends.
"Hajime I'm so happy I met you." I say,
"Same, I'll see you again. In fact Saturday are you busy? We can go on a date." He says blushing looking to the side.
"Sure!" I say but also blushing.
"Ok it's a date than! See you later y/n" he says before walking away,
I stand there watching him walk away holding his small yet precious gift to me.
"See you" I say quietly.. I'm sad he's leaving, but happy that it's not like if I'll never see him again as he slowly walks to far to the point I can't see I walk back to my hotel room.
I gentle place the rose on the top of my bag so that the others don't notice.
I crawl into and go to bed realizing these nights weren't at all uncomfortable they were the best nights I've had.
