I should put more effort into this story, shouldn't I?
Norman's POV:
—————————
I feel like Ray's avoiding me...But it's okay! I got Emma, with her I don't think about anything else. (Yes you do think about something, and that something is blank.) We got together a week ago, everything is going great!Emma's POV:
————————
Everything is doing great, I got with Norman, but..... I haven't got the chance to talk with Ray. He's been avoiding me in every way possible, and I don't like it. The other day I tried talking to him about the weather we should try to go to school, and he just said 'Sure'. We didn't even discuss it. That was the only time I talked to him this week. "Wait week?" I thought. "I and Norman got together a week ago.....so is he upset about something? Or me and Norman? No. Ray is not like that." I thought again. "Emma" I heard someone say, so I turned around and saw...Ray? "Yes!" I said quickly since I haven't talked to him in a while. "Calm down. Anyway, I already got the papers for the schools so all we need to do is sign them now." "Okay! Let's sign them." I said.Rays POV:
——————
After we signed the papers for the schools I went to give them back, so I did and they said we'll start next week, but the girl said something I do not understand. "Your gonna be a popular fella aren't ya? Be careful with the boys and some crazy girls too." That kept playing on in my mind that I completely forgot that Emma and Norman were dating in fact. "Popular? I kinda.....doubt that. I mean, I'm a Bookworm, Quiet, Rude.....And weird." I decided to get that off my mind and have a day of my own, no Emma and Norman, no nothing just to have my day for once. I saw a boba shop near here, I'll go there.A few minutes later...
————
When I got there I ordered a "Strawberry Milk Tea" and I must say it was great. Next, I needed to go back home where Emma and Norman were...I need to get over him! It doesn't matter anymore he's already with Emma and he isn't even gay! Before I even knew it tears were rolling down my face. I wiped them away and started humming my mother's lullaby...
It calmed me down and the tears were gone. That lullaby is the only thing that can calm me down, funny, huh. I got back home and avoided being seen by anyone, when I made it to my room I locked the doors and started reading a new book I found that was about genius people around the world. "I wonder what it feels like to be a genius and good at everything. (You ARE a genius!) Does it feel good? Like you've accomplished something?" I thought. I heard someone knock on my door. "Who is it?" I kinda yelled. "Phill and Jemima!" They yelled back. "Oh! The story, right! I forgot about it." "Oh, ok. I'll be in your room in a sec I'll get a story for me to read for you guys!" I told them. They responded with and "Ok!" And a giggle. When I got the book I went to the kid's room, got a chair sat down, and told everybody to go to their bed and sit down. After they did I started the story. It's a very long story so read it if you want.
"Come now, my dear little stars," said Mother Moon, "and I will tell you the Christmas story."
Every morning for a week before Christmas, Mother Moon used to call all the little stars around her and tell them a story.
It was always the same story, but the stars never wearied of it. It was the story of the Christmas star—the Star of Bethlehem.
When Mother Moon had finished the story the little stars always said: "And the star is shining still, isn't it, Mother Moon, even if we can't see it?"
And Mother Moon would answer: "Yes, my dears, only now it shines for men's hearts instead of their eyes."
Then the stars would bid the Mother Moon good-night and put on their little blue nightcaps and go to bed in the sky chamber; for the stars' bedtime is when people down on the earth are beginning to waken and see that it is morning.
