Chapter Ten : Struggle

I laid in the corner of the room and looked down at my pale fingers. I was slowly dying from hunger and I was still protesting. I looked down at the spoil food that I had refused to eat. God damn if I don't eat... My wolf has been fighting me for control. She's starving and is willing to eat anything she comes in contact with.

I looked at my growling stomach that rang my ears with its roars. My ribs showed clear as day. Although I'm putting myself in so much pain. It hurts more by being so far away from my mates for so long. I could feel there pain and it hurts my twice as much.

I laughed insanely as I count my ribs. I was going to go crazy. Well at least I'll be dead before that bastard marked me. His failed attempts caused him to miss a tooth now I have bloody knuckles.

The sound of glass breaking caught my attention and it sounded like growls. Not just growls but pissed off mates, my pissed off mates. I tried my best to get up stumbling a couple times till I made it to the door. With my last bit of strength I made my way to the stairs where I could see downstairs.

I saw two guys being thrown across the room with their bodies torn apart. I saw two pissed off twins walking with blood dripping from their mouths. My twins.

My heart started to race as their scent filled my nose and I can tell that they noticed me.

"Maykala!"

I smiled and took a step forward but it suddenly felt like five hundred tons were dropped on me. My body was at its limit I can't do anything. The last thing I saw was my mom running towards me?

Levy POV

My eyes widen as I saw Maykala standing at the top of the stairs. "Maykala!" I yelled over joyed. She looked weak and pale. I could see her bones and that wasn't normal for wolves at all. She smiled and took a step, but something looked wrong.

Her eyes started to close and she started to fall. I started to run towards her but a part of me stopped myself and let my brothers catch her. They laid her in their arms watching her with horror and whimping as they watched their unconcious.

An uncontrollable rage built in my stomach as I let out a growl. Where was all this coming from was it because I want to rip the bastard apart? I felt a burning sensation in my stomach to the point that I need to lift my shirt up. There was a symbol of the infinity sign.

"We need to go now." I said as I ran to them. "I know what we need to do to get her back." I said out of nowhere. Where was this coming from. It was like it had a second person in me. The image of a woman standing over Maykala flashed before my eyes.

"Levy where do we have to go?" Duncan asked his tone filled with sorrow and desperation.

I didn't even hesitated. "We needed to go back to her garden. She has some kind of connection with it." I said and they nodded.

Austin quickly picked her up and we all rushed to the car. As we reached our car was ripped to shreds. Who the hell did this? "We have to run." I blurted out.

"Run where cutie?" a voice behind me made me jump. Duncan quickly pulled me away as the man behind me started to laugh.

Two guys and a girl stood before us with evil in tensions in their eyes. "Who are you?" Duncan asked stepping in front of me.

I took a swift and could smell something like rotten flesh. I held my nose and coughed. What was that horrible smell? It was coming from...them?

"We were sent to prevent you from leaving here alive." the girl calmly said with a wicked smile.

She had the look of an werewolf but something else. All of them were like that. "What happened to all of you?" I asked looking at them confused.

One guy started to laugh. "I guess we found the one who could tell us apart." he said smirking at me. "Well that smell only you can smell right now that means we aren't just wolves."

"That guy changed us. He made us stronger. He made us able to surpass a alpha and in return all we have to do is kill you all-."

"You don't honestly belive that?" I asked as they all looked at me confused. "You're rotting from the inside out. I can smell the horrible scent of death on you. He's just using you as a pawn."

They all looked angry and Duncan took a step forward. "Take Maykala to her home. I'll rip these guys to shreds."

I looked at him sad. My brothers never got along growing up so why now? I knew I was there sister but I never thought this day would come. Duncan looked at me and glared. I quickly turned around and started to run.

'Levy.' I heard Duncan mind link me. 'Please be safe.' my eyes grew wide with water. I can't believe it.

I promise I will do everything I can. At that moment I felt something snapped inside me snapped and she finally spoke to me. My wolf...

Ryan POV

"Eric get everyone out of here!" I yelled as the fire started to progress towards us. I watched as it destroyed everything in its path. We got must of the people to our neighboring pack safe and sound, but right now it's still dangerous.

I saw Jade with a hole running up to the fire and trying her best to put it out. I ran towards her as she screamed in pain. The fire burnt her hands as she dropped to the ground. This wasn't a normal fire. It consumed anything in its way.

I picked Jade up and ran towards Kurt and Eric who was still here. "We need to leave right now." I said still holding Jade. This wasn't safe. Our home...our memories were being burnt before my eyes and I'm unable to do anything about it.

"Alpha we have to go. We need to leave right now."

I nodded sadly before I turned around I saw someone. It looked like a little girl holding something in her hand but it was so fast I brushed it off.

We left to the safe grounds where we could see everything that was happening. The fire destroyed everything but ended at the garden. A man who stood tall and an evil smile appeared in the withering flowers. He pulled out a dead flower and sniffed it.
