Maggie's pov
Moving sucks! Moving across the United States to a place you've never been before for no reason is stupid. I really did not want to pick up everything and just move. I find out we are moving two days later my stuff is packed and we are on are way to California. California isn't too bad I guess. It's a lit warmer than Maine. The beaches are beautiful. All of the houses are huge around Cali. My brother Parker is in 10th grade. He gets Into so much drama. Getting detention every day for 2 weeks doesn't help your record for college. But me, a senior, straight A student has no reason to be nervous about my record for college. We pulled onto a street called Sunset blvd. The houses were beautiful. We finally pulled into a driveway. Right across from our house is a mansion I'm pretty sure biggest house I've ever seen in my life. It was a gorgeous off white color. Tomorrow I will be starting off my senior year at Cali prep. Uniforms are required "yay". The new house had 5 bedrooms, 1 master bedroom, and 3 bathrooms. Once we got in the house we all got to pick our rooms. I picked the bedroom with blue walls which had it's own bathroom. Unpacking everything from the car and into the house took about 2 hours. I am now sitting on my bed listening to some Nirvana.
"Hey, are you gonna go to the grocery store with us?"
"Um no I'm good I've still got to finish rearranging some stuff."
"Ok well Parker,your dad and I will be back in about 2 hours I think we are just gonna drive around to see what's around here anyways love you!"
"BYE!!"
