"Where are you taking me now?" Jeno asked the younger. They've been holding hands since earlier because Jaemin won't let his hand go either, even though he keeps refusing.

He got tired, so he let him do what he wanted.

Jeno was unaware of how he was simply allowing Jaemin to win in everything.

"I know a place here and I'm telling you, they make delicious meals."

Jeno didn't question him though, he's tired of questioning him however, being with him today made him happy. Whenever there's a holiday, he's just spending his time in his house, studying or watching dramas. He's too lazy to go out, even going to Hyuck's house doesn't motivate him at all. As his best friend, Hyuck is completely aware of that so instead of Jeno, Hyuck is the one who will go to Jeno's house.

"I bet you know this place?" Jaemin then pointed to the restaurant nearby.

Jeno shakes his head.

"You don't? That's impossible. Even Renjun knows this though?"

"As you may be aware, I hate going out, and my family does as well, so we're just ordering in and celebrating at home. As they're both workaholics, we don't go out to eat very often."

"Heol?" Jaemin looked at him amusingly then closed his mouth.

"It's not much fun, is it?" Jeno questioned, unimpressed.

"No. I believe you are one-of-a-kind. Jeno-yah, no matter what you do, you will always shine splendidly in your own unique way." Jaemin encourages him as he lightly squishes Jeno's cheek. "So cute."

Jeno pinched the bridge of his nose. "Gosh."

"Then eat a lot of food. I'll pay for everything because this is our date and I dragged you here. Wait, are you alright?" He added with a worried expression on his face, which made Jeno confused.

"Uhm, yes."

"I'm referring to your family's situation. You mentioned that they were both workaholics, so does that mean they barely have time for you?"

Jeno blinked his eyes and hummed. "They have time for me and I understand them for not being with me sometimes because they do that for my sake and I enjoy being alone most of the time."

"No. I'm already here for you. I will never leave you alone, even if you hate it. I will always be there for you. If you think your best friend is the only one who cares about you, think again because I am already here. So, eat a lot tonight babe."

Jeno was about to hiss when Jaemin hushed him. "Yeah I mean hang out you said. I'm enjoying it a lot and forgot that this is only hanging out for you. I will wait patiently until you give me a proper date. Come on." Jaemin then drags Jeno inside. He looked for a comfortable place for him and Jeno to sit.

"You said you'll pay?" Jeno asked him and Jaemin nodded quickly.

"I will pay too."

"No. I will."

"If you pay, it will really look like a date."

But for Jaemin it is a date.

When will Jeno let Jaemin? Is this too much to ask?

Wow, it's hard to like Jeno. But Jaemin won't give up on him.

However, if Jeno will pay for his own meal, it seems like a real date.

Okay whatever.

"Aish. Do you hate it that much? Fine. Do whatever you want." Jaemin rolled his eyes and ruffled his hair.
