Meeting

Just a normal day in Washington (D.C), and as usual people woke up to go to work. Crowded streets with many cabs everywhere, people either catching up to a coffee shop to bring their coffee or already having had their breakfast and are rushing to work. Which means Mondays is the worst day ever for any employee or CEO.

But not for Harry, the guy who is sitting at the far corner in a cozy warm coffee shop near his workplace at the Historical Museum. Wearing a decent dark grey winter vest and light grey trousers with his white button up under his vest with his loose short hair and dazzling green eyes that makes any woman fall for him.

A blonde waitress has approached him once she saw him sitting all alone in a corner and asked sweetly what he will order, he just answered in pithiness that he wanted a warm cup of hot chocolate then looked again out the window pretending that the waitress wasn't there just seconds ago.

Arrogant much? The waitress had thought to herself.

A few moments later the waitress brought his order with a blank face and just placed the hot chocolate in front of him and left without saying anything. She'd felt embarrassed after having tried to grab his attention, but completely failed. Eventually he paid for his drink and left the coffee shop silently, just as he came in. A dull person he is, he talks less, loves less, and hates less, just a neutral person that won't leave an imprint on you but he had his own prestige among people and his co-workers, being a sociable person was what he'd lacked though. Though he wasn't always like that.

Harry crossed the streets and arrived at the museum, working there as a professional museum docent who was already thought to be qualified for having an excellent way to communicate with tourists. Strange that he had all these capabilities but deep inside he was the arrogant and provocative person that he was to the world. Once he entered the museum, he brushed off the snow lying over his jacket and brushed off his hair with one swift motion to show his beautiful brown hair to all who worked inside, then he took off his gloves and shoved it in the pockets of his jacket. The receptionist ended a call that was with him and called Harry while he was passing by him.

"Hey, Harry, Mr William is waiting for you in the meeting room" The receptionist said, Harry stopped and looked at him with confusion.

"No one told me about that earlier" Harry looks furiously at him, He doesn't like surprises.

"Sorry, Harry, it's an Emergency meeting"

"Fine"

Harry left him and made his way towards the meeting room and knocked on the big wide wooden sliding door then he entered.

He saw Mr Williams explaining something on a small white board to several employees that Harry doesn't care much to know all of them since they have different jobs inside the museum, Mr Williams stopped talking and looked at Harry with a smile and everyone looked at Harry, Harry took off his jacket revealing his button up with folding his sleeves up to his arms and showing over it the vest he wore over it then he took a near chair and sat down on the chair and came close to the wide table.

"Oh here he is, our professional museum docent" MR Williams introduced Harry to all employees and all of them looked at him, Harry gave a small smile to his boss then he focused on what was being explained by his boss.

The meeting was boring according to Harry, Dull that there is nothing new is being said its just all about how to entertain the tourists and must seek knowledge about every historical piece and figure inside the museum and that's all, till the last minute when the boss was about to dismiss his employees, he stopped them and they returned back.
