Escaping the UFO Trap

Sol and I were freaking terrified and trying so hard not to use our powers, sometimes we can't control our powers, "Control it Sol you can do it," I told Sol, "You try too but I think we need to use our powers so don't control it just let it all out." Sol preached. So we let all of our power out that we could to help fox Jake and so we beat the foxes like when Percy tries to accomplish something, so basically we didn't really do much. "What should we do now they're to strong?" Sol questioned, "I don't know control their shadows?" I suggested. "Well Hades didn't show us how to do that," Sol exclaimed, "Well I guess I can try." I tried and it sort of worked I at least got one of the demon foxes down. I was proud until Chordata looked at me and started hurtleing towards me I was terrified I tried to do the shadow  thing again but I guess I was too scared because by the time I could start getting ready to let loose Chordata had already gotten to me. "I'll try to save you!" Sol exclaimed, "Well if you're going to try then can you try harder and quicker?!" I said, "Ok just give me about an hour to figure out how to control Chordata's shadow." Sol said sounding sarcastic, "I hope you're being sarcastic!" I exclaimed in horror. "Yeah sarcasm." Sol said worrying, "Oh no you really do need an hour don't you," I said super frustrated, "OK I'LL TRY!!" Sol said trying as hard as she could. *Poof* "YES!!" Sol and I exclaimed together, "I did it ok now how to control it," Sol said super confused. "Of course she doesn't," I said to myself, " 'Nothing lasts forever' " I said quoting Nico, "It's true why don't you just cut your loses and die," Sol said being funny, "Haha very funny," I said. Sol finally figured out how to use the shadow power.

"Ok so I guess I just do this," Sol said confused and while saying that she picks up Chordata's shadow and holds him upside down and throws him across the room with all her strength and threw flaming fissures at him. "NOOOO!" said Chordata with the groan of the undead, "Serves you right!" Sol yelled, "You did it Sol Great Job!" I said excited that I'm alive, "Well thanks I can't believe that I could do that all by myself!" Sol said. We both went over and kicked the what seemed to be dead body and Sol let out a snicker. "Well that was definitely interesting," I said acting like I had just witnessed something horrific (well I did), "You're not wrong.....but that was a little bit too easy." Sol said. We acted like detectives and went to go explore the scene, but there was nothing left? We started trying to work the ship again and it worked, but there was one slight problem about the ship there was no arcade games. "How they were here literally a second ago?!"
