Quirk Description - User has the ability to project people's greatest fears and get inside their mind. The effect lasts for up to 5 minutes but the user can stop it if they want to by touching them.
Type - Emitter
Quirk Strength - Medium, can be used as offense and defense if it's used properly.
Drawbacks - User has constant nightmares themselves about all the fears they've projected onto someone else.
Extra Facts/Features - User has insomnia and can only sleep for about 3 hours before getting nightmares and screaming.
Possible Hero Names - I don't see this as a hero quirk, but do as you please.
Possible Villain Names - Nightmare? Nightmare Moon- JCKFGXKW IM KIDDING.
