Tim was happy. Bruce finally let Tim go with Jason to a J. Cole concert.
" Come on, baby bird. We're leaving now!" Jason called from the living room. Tim smiled, grabbed his phone and headed downstairs.
" Be careful Tim. Jason take care of him." Bruce said as they both walked out. Bruce pulled Jason aside.
" Jason please. Take care of him. He's only ten I shouldn't allow this but I trust you." Bruce said.
Jason never knew that Bruce trusted him so much to watch a child.
" Okay old man." Jason said getting in the car.
" Timberly, in the back. Roy's coming." Jason said while pointing to the back.
Tim nodded and got on the back. Jason left and went to pick up Roy.
" Roy!"
" Jason, what's up." Roy said giving his a handshake.
" Nothing, get your ass inside." Jason said.
Roy got inside.
" Timmy." Roy said smiling at him.
Tim slightly smiled and looked away.
" You're always so shy." Roy said reaching and tickling him.
Tim laughed.
" I know right." Jason said smiling.
They drove away. After a short time they stopped.
" We're here already?" Tim asked.
" No. pit stop." Jason said as two other guys walked towards the car.
Tim took a deep breath in. He calmed his nerves.
" Come here." Roy said.
Tim nodded and moved over to Roy. Roy picked him up and placed him on his lap.
The two guys got in and they drove off. After a while the car stopped again.
" Other pit stop." Tim asked.
" Yea." Jason said as everyone got off.
Tim followed not wanting to be left alone. He ran to Jason. He felt safe around Jason. He felt as if nothing could happen.
" We'll leave in a little bit." Jason said.
" Come on." Jason said leading Tim to a group of older men.
Tim walked hesitantly towards the men. He was glued to Jason's side. Jason grabbed Tim's hand tightly.
" Hey guys, this is my friend Jason. And that's his little brother Tim." Roy said gesturing to Jason and Tim.
" Hey guys." Jason said greeting everyone. Tim said gave a small wave.
" He's a little shy, isn't he. I'm Jake." One of the older men said.
" Yea, doesn't speak a word to people he doesn't know." Jason said ruffling Tim's hair. Tim smiled a little.
" Or people he does know, huh Timmy?" Roy said smiling and picking Tim up.
