Today was the happiest day of my life. I was dressed in an elegant white gown, a bouquet of flowers in my hands, and a white tiara crowned on top of my head. I stared up ahead, at the end of the aisle was the man I loved. My heart started pounding uncontrollably in my chest. He looked remarkably handsome in the suit I picked for him.
All my friends and family were here to congratulate me. As I walked down the aisle toward my husband-to-be, smiling sweetly, they whooped and cheered for me.
"Looking gorgeous, girl!" Peter the rabbit, who was sitting between Lola Bunny and a plump Miss Prissy, yelled from the front bench. I laughed when he waved at me with a half-eaten carrot in one hand.
I waved at him, appreciating his compliment. As I reached my fiancé, he turned his face towards me, his eyes smiling. Those eyes were the most beautiful eyes I had ever seen. I returned his smile shyly.
We both turned to the priest, Friar Tuck, in front of us. My hands shook in excitement, waiting to be married. I sneaked a glance at my fiancé, still could not believe that he was finally going to be mine.
Friar Tuck the priest opened his mouth and began to speak when a loud noise came from behind us.
"Boom!" The door to the church was suddenly being forcefully pushed open. Terrified, I turned to face the chaos behind me. No, no, no. They were finally here.
Two men with guns in their hands jumped over some guests to reach the altar where I and my fiancé were located. One of the men accidentally stepped on Tweety bird, who let out a high-pitched scream and a squeak could be heard from the part of his body where the man stepped on him.
"Andrew!" Another woman charged into the church, heading straight for my fiancé. I panicked. She was here to take him away from me. My fiancé whimpered beside me.
"No!" I bent down to hug him. I could feel him shivering under me. He remained seated on the chair where I placed him earlier this day, his hands tied behind his back, unable to make a sound because of the cloth I stuffed into his mouth.
"It's okay," I whispered into his ear, willing to comfort him. "Everything is going to be alright." Instead of becoming calmer, he started to struggle more vigorously, trying to get out of the tied ropes.
Slowly, I picked up the dagger I placed on the podium. Holding the dagger tightly in my hand, I swiftly turned around, trying to catch the two men in surprise. My fiancé's scream came out in muffles behind me.
The two men came and pinned me down under their huge bodies easily despite my desperate struggle, my dagger snatched away from me easily. The woman glided past us and arrived at Andrew's side, cutting the rope tying him and pulling out the cloth gagging him.
He stood up, the woman carefully holding him. "Crazy woman!" He pointed at me, breathing heavily for air. Tears starting to form inside my eyes. How could he call me crazy after everything I had done for him?
"You called the madhouse?" One of the men above me asked his friend.
"Yep." His friend replied. "They're here." I looked over at the door, the room looked small and dark now, as more people in a white uniform came running in to get me, stamping on all the stuffed toys on the floor on the way.
