Ruhaan's POV:

I have no idea why the twins were forever shipping me and Neha. I have known Neha since we were babies and we have always been best friends. Never once did we have any romantic feelings to one another.

But Kirti, Kaira and everyone else seem to think that me and Neha are romantically attracted to one another but we are not. I am very aware of how I feel and how Neha feels since I know her crush.

Now you may be wondering who is Neha's crush. Well I am bounded by bro code not to tell anyone so you all will just have to find out one way or another.

Neha: Ruhaan, I saw jalebi with rabri.

Me: really?

She nodded.

Me: let's go then.

We left my family as we went to get a plate of jalebi and rabri to share. Me and Neha love jalebi and rabri when it is together. We always shared a plate since we were little. We used to both hate jalebi so much until my mum and Neha's mum, Bani aunty, gave us the sweet with rabri.

Speaking of my lovely mum, I am still surprised that she didn't yell at me for coming home a bit late. When did she suddenly get the idea to stop stressing so her blood pressure doesn't get affected? Sometimes my darling mother confuses me.

Neha: so how was the beach?

Me: it was good, some woman wanted me to take pictures of her and her daughter but she kept doing these stupid poses so I only took the daughter's picture.

Neha: good. I swear every woman keeps trying to get with you.

Me: it is so annoying.

Neha: kya yaar Ruhaan?! Don't have all the rabri. I like it too.

Me: I am not having all the rabri, you are.

Neha: don't make me punch you.

Me: okay ma'am.

Everyone should be scared of Neha's punches. They are not light at all. They are really hard and they can make your arm or whatever numb for days no matter how much painkillers you take.

Ruhaan's POV ends

The scene moved to a house decorated with roses. In that house, a girl was seen in her room. She was busy sorting out her outfit. Once she was done with that, she started to apply her makeup. As she was busy sorting her Kajal,  another woman spoke: Mishti ki bacchi, hurry the hell up!

That girl was Mishti. Mishti sighed and said: mum, coming!

She knew at that moment that she had to quickly sort her makeup out else her mum would perform her last rites happily.

Mishti looked at herself....she didn't have the time to apply concealer, bronzer, foundation etc. Being a model, she liked a full face makeup but this time she couldn't do her makeup routine. So she decided just to keep the Kajal and apply strawberry flavoured lipgloss on her lips making them a glossy reddish pink colour.

She looked decent now.

Mishti hurried downstairs to find her mother Mauli and little sister Pari on the sofa, texting on their phones.

Mishti: I'm here.

Mauli and Pari looked up from their phones and said in unison: finally!

Mishti rolled her eyes then said: Paro, take a photo for me.

Pari: for the insta?

Mishti nodded. Pari groaned as she got up and took Mishti's phone off her.
