'In five, four, three, two. . . This is Jim Hellerman, reporting live for Channel 2 News.' A 13 year old Dina and a 10 year old  Issac were playing cars in front of the T.V. The news was on as background noise but Dina's mom Valerie came in.

'Dina, turn the volume up.' Valerie said, running to the couch.

Dina and Issac shot their heads up. 'Why?' Dina asked. 'Just do it!' Valerie exclaimed. Dina quickly stood up and grabbed the remote and turned the volume up.

'What's happening?' Issac asked, clinging onto Dina's arm.

'Shhh!' Dina exclaimed.

'Outside of the Capital West bank of Main and Sixth. A group of heavily armed men stormed the bank not three hours ago and took an unknown number of hostages' Jim, the reporter said.

'Hey, get them behind the counter!'  One robber said.

'Now you've put me in a position where I gotta do something I don't want to do. Hmm?  Shit!' The man yelled.

A curly haired girl in a school uniform and a mask came up behind him. 'Hey, get back with the others.'

'I heard a rumor.' The girl said.

'What? What did you say?'

'I heard a rumor that you shot your friend in the foot.' The girl said, whispering into the man's ear. The mans eyes turned into a blueish color and he turned to his friend in a suit, holding a gun.

'Hey, dude. What the hell?' The man yelled. The bald man shot the dark skinned man in the foot making the dark skinned man pull the trigger on his gun and shoot the windows.

'We just heard shots from inside the bank. It's uncertain if any hostages have been harmed in that.' Jim said.

'Up there!' A man yelled, causing everyone to look up and see a blonde boy in the same uniform as the curly haired girl.

'There's some movement on the roof. Possibly law enforcement.' Jim said.

'That's definitely not law enforcement, dumb ass.' Valerie muttered.

Back in the bank, a boy dropped down from the roof and grabbed one of the robbers, and hit him and threw him out of the building.

'Looks like one of the armed robbers has been thrown from the bank.' Jim said. Dina stared at the T.V in shock. How could someone do that? She thought.

'Gun are for sissies. Real men throw knives.' Another boy in a uniform said, throwing two knives. The two knives curved and hit another robber causing him to fly into the wall.

'I've been in many hostage situations, like this, and it can escalate very quickly.' Jim explained.

'Get back, you freaks.' The bald man said, standing on the counter and pointing his gun towards the kids.

'Hey, be careful up there, buddy.' The knifeboy said.

'Get back Now!'

'Yeah! Wouldn't want you to get hurt.' The curly haired girl said.

'Or what?' Said a boy, who appeared out of nowhere. The bald man tried shooting him but he disappeared again. He reappeared on the bald man's other side and stood there smirking at him. The man turned around to fire his gun but it turned into stapler.
