I was very tired but I've decided to try the Raven method, which is the most used and the one that works best for most people.
I was super sleepy but I tried to imagine some scenes from my DR, said some affirmations and counted to 100, after reaching 100 I kept saying affirmations but I couldn't fall asleep, after what seemed to be an eternity I gave up, I opened my eyes and rolled over to fall asleep in a more comfortable position.
