~Chapter One: Tested:~

It was a beautiful day, as you might call it.

Everyone was busy training in Japan.

The sun was shining.

The birds were twittering.

And beys were bursting!

"Aight! I win again!", Valt cheered.

"Aw man!", Rantaro frowned.

"Pfffft. You really think you stand a chance against Valt?", Wakiya laughed.

"I never said I did! But if I keep training, we'll get better!", Rantaro yelled.

"Hm. That's just what a benchwarmer would say!", Wakiya scoffed.

"Hey!", Rantaro yelled.

"Guys. Please. Be quiet", Shu said.

"Hey! He started it!", Rantaro said.

"But I just finished it", Wakiya smiled.

Rantaro growled.

"Hey guys! I'm hungry!!!", Valt said.

"Again?", Shu asked.

"Yup!", Valt smiled.

"I can go make-"

"No! Let's go eat somewhere! You need rest as well, Shu!", Valt said.

"Are you sure...?", Shu asked.

"Yup! We could all use a break!", Valt cheered.

"Sure! I'm up for it!", Rantaro smiled.

"Pffft. Sure. Go enjoy", Wakiya said and started walking.

"Nope! Wakiya, you're coming with us!", Valt smiled.

"Ew, why would I go?", Wakiya said.

"Cause you're our friend! Now c'mon!", Valt said, grabbing Wakiya and dragging him out.

"Hm.... lets find water first though! I'm really thirsty!", Rantaro said.

"Sure! But.... where?", Valt asked.

"That's our cue", said the blue haired boy from the distance, sending one of his robots over with a package of waters.

But not any type of waters.

Water with a special chemical in it.

"These boys will be tested with this project", said the boy, adjusting his glasses.

"Hey! Was that there just a minute ago?", Valt asked, pointing over to the package of waters.

"Uh.... no", Shu said.

"Hm. Oh well! Gimme water!", Rantaro said, grabbing a bottle and started drinking it.

"Me too! Me too!", Valt said, grabbing one and drinking it as well.

"Shu! Wakiya! You guys want water?", Valt asked.

"Sure", they both said as Valt passed them both water.

After they finished drinking up the water, they were about to turn around when they saw something that made them jump.

"Free! When did you get here?", Rantaro said.

"A few minutes ago", Free shrugged.

"Hey! You want water?", Valt asked.

"Why are you suddenly asking that?", Free asked.

"Cause there's two more! And I don't wanna leave these two poor waters sitting here!", Valt sighed.

"Sure. I'll drink one then", Free said, taking one and drinking it.

"Pffffft. Pathetic", said a running Lui.

"Hey! Its Lui! What is he doing here?", Valt said running after him.

"Tch. What do you want?", Lui yelled.

"Here! Want a water?", Valt said, handing him the last water.

"Ew no! Why would I accept a water from YOU?!", Lui yelled.

"Cause its free water!", Valt smiled.

"Ahem. I'm RIGHT HERE", Free said.

"Pfffft", Wakiya laughed.

"Hmph! Fine! Whatever", Lui said, snatching the water and drinking it.

"Yay!", Valt cheered.

"Hm? Nothing is happening!", said the blue haired boy.

"Maybe it was another failed experiment?", one of his robots suggested.

The boy sighed. "I guess. Well. Let's get to work on that", said Naoki, walking away.

"Hey Lui! How about we face off right now?", Valt asked.

"Tch. NO! I have more things to do to battle someone as pathetic as YOU", Lui said, running off again.

"Well, thats his loss", Wakiya shrugged.

"Heh. Oh well! Lets go eat!", Honcho said.

"Okay. Whatever. I'm gonna go...... sleep", Free said, walking away.

"Lets go guys!", Valt said.
