His house and everything else is payed by his sibling Andy, She's a very popular model who really just prefers her own calm life so she dedicates it her sibling Oliver.
Oliver only talks to Andy and Andy only in out of his whole family cuase she's the only one that really, -lovingly- cared about him.
Andy has her own hatred for her parents but that hate only builds up with the way the parents treat Oliver. So she tries her best to care for her sibling.
Oliver buys everything else like Food, Washing items, most of his clothes, his hair dye.
Of course his sibling was the one that got him his car when he turned 16.

He is very aware of how pampered he is and feels bad for it, But then his sibling feels bad when she can't help him with stuff.
The two are very close and Actually hang out quite often and love each other dearly.
