Rose's POV
"Rose." called my mom. "Yeah mom?" I asked, looking
up from my phone. "Come take out the trash please." Mom said, before going back to whatever she was doing before. "Okay mom." I went to the kitchen and grabbed the trash. When I stepped outside I noticed something weird. 'Why is there a moving truck.' I thought, looking at the moving truck at the house next door.
I stared at the moving trunk until a girl that looked around my age stepped into my line of sight. "Hi I'm CJ. What's your name?" "I-I'm Rosebella, but call me Rose. How old are you, i-if you don't mind me asking? So-sorry if it seems a bit weird that I asked." I said, nervously laughing at the end. "Pretty name Rose, I'm 13 and you're?" "I-I'm 12."
She offered me a closed eyed smile. "Nice meeting you. Wait Rose, what school do you go to?" "Jackson (*Cough cough* Panic At The Disco "Mrs. Jackson" *cough cough*) middle school." I said, surprisingly without stuttering. "Really?! I'm go there too! I start Monday." She gave me another of her beautifu- I mean nice smiles. "That's great hope we can be friends." "Yeah." "Well I gotta go bye!" "Bye."
I walked back into the house "What took you so long? Were the cats fighting with the dogs again?" "No mom. There's a new girl who moved in next door she really pretty her name is CJ." "Ooh somebody got a crush." "Kris be quite she only 12." "Jenny we were only 12 when we met look where we are now." "shush."I'mma go." Rosa ran up the stairs.
"ROSABELLA YOUR GONNA BE LATE!" Rosa hurried up and went to the car. "Hi mom." "Hey Rosa, can you please try to not to get into trouble. I know you don't like the school but please." Rosa's mom begged. "Mhm, sure mom." "Thanks kiddo."
When they get to school
"Bye kiddo." Rosa's mom said waving. Rosa waves bye and started walking. "Hey Rosa wait up." Rosa turns around and see's CJ. she feels something when she saw CJ. "O-oh, hi CJ." "Hey you look nice today. Wanna go inside?" "Hehe thanks and sure." They walk into the building.
Rosa's mind: 'She called me pretty. Why do I feel this way? I thought I was straight.' "hey Alex." "Hey, who is that girl? Is she your girlfriend" He starts to laugh. "WE'RE NOT DATING!" CJ and Risa yell. "Sure." MJ said, button into the conversation. Alex and CJ: MJ!? SINCE WHEN WAS HE HERE? CJ walks away.

*bell rings*
"see ya later C.J and Rose" Rose and C.J waved and say bye.
A strange man walks in wearing a hoodie with a something in his backpack. The lady up front looks at him. "S-sir. . May I help you?" "No. . . I need to see Cathern Janet Gomez Ruthes."
"You can't talk to a student, do you know her?" "Yes I know lady i'm her cousin." "Its Mrs. Lynn to you, I'm need your name for you to see C.J." "Why do you need my name, tryin to take me on a date." "Never in my life. I don't like men, I need a name for you to see her. I have all her family names " "That's kinda creepy. . ."
"Sir, you asking to see a 13 year old, when you look to be in your 40 is the creepy part" The man scoffed. "Name is Jay Dawn Kyle" "Mhm, I see. Why do you need to see her?" "ITS NONE YOUR CONCERNS LADY!" "Sir it kinda is. I work here and take care of kids." The women said, not letting her guard down. (Like she should 😌💅🏽)
"I just need to talk to her." "Okay?" The lady leaned over to the PSA (I think that's what it's called) and said; "C.J Gomez Ruthes. Can you come to the front office please. Thank you."
C.J walks into the office. "Yes ma'am?" C.J took one look at the man and dropped her backpack. "M-Ma'am, why is he here?..." "Do you know him?" The women asked concern laced in her voice. The man smiles at CJ while covering his mouth. "Yes. Yes I do. And I ever want to see him again. He's a very bad man." "Sir, I'm going to have to ask you to please leave. Right NOW." The lady said slowly standing up and making her way towards CJ who's shaking head to toe in fear and anger.
