*Hinata's POV*

I guess Nishinoya noticed my skateboard while we were talking, I guess he was slightly taken a back by this cause he then slightly shouted if I knew how to skate. I gave him a awkward grin while rubbing the back of my head. I told him "Yup! Me and my little brother skate  to school everyday, I even go to the skate park sometimes too!" I said and gave him a soft smile. Tanaka then shouted "WOAH THAT'S AWESOME HINATA-CHAN!!"  my eye's widened a bit because of the sudden loudness, I calmed down a bit and chuckled a bit at his reaction. I then told him  "It's not really that special but thanks Tanaka-senpai!" and smiled towards him. I looked  upwards towards Tanaka and  he was..well kinda just standing their..frozen I suppose you could call it. I'm guessing  Nishinoya noticed this cause then they said their goodbyes and left. I waved at them once they left and continued putting my books in my locker and making sure everything is neat and tidy. I finished putting my things in my locker and organizing it and went off towards my classroom, I put my earbuds back in and pressed the pause button again to un-pause it. I then continued humming  until I reached my classroom, I opened the door and entered and went to my seat. It turns out the boy named Yamaguchi who was on the volleyball team was also in this class. He sat one row over and two seats ahead of me. While walking towards my seat I passed by his desk and said "Good-morning!" and gave him a gentle smile, he looked up and his face was slightly red, (Yamaguchi is gay and has a boyfriend by the way, he's just nervous..) Yamaguchi then said good-morning back..I continued walking to my seat getting a few stares along the way which  I didn't really care for, because they probably weren't looking at me..I think...I shake my head at the thought and got to my seat. I set my bag down and sat down. I looked out the window and at the cherry tree which was outside. A few leaves were falling and it looked magical..I grabbed a piece of paper and started drawing the  beautiful looking tree..while I was drawing our teacher came in and  started giving us directions, it was stuff which needed to be done with a partner. I looked towards the other students, scanning them seeing if  anyone was interested in being partners. While looking I suppose Yamaguchi walked over to me because I felt someone tap my shoulder and it was none other than him. He asked me if I wanted to be his partner and of course I said yes!

*Yamaguchi's POV*

I was sitting quietly at my desk thinking about how the rest of the day might go, while in my thoughts I was greeted by a familiar voice, I turn towards it and its Hinata saying  "Good-morning!"  she gave me a soft smile, I blushed a bit at the surprising kind gesture, I then managed to spit out good-morning back to her. She then walked to her seat and sat down, I than got a ring from my pocket. Guessing it was my phone I took it out and quickly checked my notifications as the teacher could come in any second now. It was from the group chat, I sighed and put it back in my pocket, just as I was doing that the teacher walked in. She announced were going to need partners to complete today's work. I sat there for a few minutes and looked behind me. I noticed the orange tangerine looking around, I'm guessing she doesn't have a partner yet. I got up and walked towards her, she wasn't aware that I was next to her so I decided to tap her shoulder. She quickly turned towards me and met my gaze, she gave me her  bright smile. I gave a soft smile back, I then grabbed a chair which was being unused and brought it towards her and set it down, I sat down and  looked over to her desk. I noticed a piece of paper and  looked more into it, it was this great drawing of a cherry tree..a very familiar cherry tree. I then looked out the window and well..of course..it was a cherry tree. I laughed at myself in my mind. I then asked Hinata if it was really that cherry tree and she said  "Yep! I know it's horrible right.." I frowned once I heard the last part I then told her "What do you mean it looks incredible"  she looked towards me eyes widened she then slightly shouted "Really!?" causing a few people to look towards us.. I sighed and said "Yep! It's awesome!" She then gave me a big smile and  leaned towards me and hugged me. I was shocked by the sudden warmness and hugged her back..'Eek! She hugged me!' she let go of me and said "Your my best friend now!" and gave me a big toothy grin. I chuckled and said "I know right." she giggled as well and then we began to do our work, talking about volleyball, and  just a bunch of random things. I even told her about my boyfriend...I thought she'd be disgusted like the girls at my old school but she wasn't! Not even close to them! She accepted me..we then went on and continued talking until the bell rang..We then quickly packed up and  started walking together towards our next class..we had different classes so we had to split up, I was smiling the whole time I was with her she's so gentle and comforting! 'A start to a new friend ship...'  I thought while entering my classroom with a huge smile on my face!

*Hinata's POV*

Once Yamaguchi sat down next to me I had to get up to borrow a pencil from the teacher, I suppose he saw my drawing because once I got back he asked me "Hey Hinata, is that drawing the cherry  tree outside?" And pointed to the tree. I sighed and said "Yup! I know it's horrible right..?" I had a disappointed look on my face expecting him to agree until I head something totally different. He told me I was amazing at drawing. From then on I could tell we would be great friends. While doing our work we were talking about random things and volleyball! Yamaguchi even told me about his boyfriend which was so cool! Me and him kept talking, we completed our work just before the bell rang. Me and him packed up and  started exiting the classroom to go to the next. Me and him sadly had to  split up. I went to my class and entered. Sadly no one from the volley ball team is here. I sat down at my seat and the lesson began...

*Time Skip To After All Her Classes And To Their Training* 

*No One's POV* 

Hinata entered the building full of excitement, once she saw Yamaguchi she ran directly to him and asked him "How was the rest of your classes?!" she said and gave a warm smile. He chuckled and said "Completely boring!" he said and stuck out his tongue. Hinata giggled at this, the few boys which were there noticed their interaction and got a bit jealous. But once they heard their giggle they lightened up a bit. The two went into the changing rooms and changed into their gym clothes(Hinata went to the female changing room by the way).  Once everyone was in the gym Daichi announced "Alright guys let's start!" Hinata eye's glistened with sparkles once she heard that. Everyone ran to the court and waited for directions. A few boys gazing at Hinata for a few seconds than went back to paying attention. Daichi then said "Alrighty guys! Were going to continue seeing what else Hinata-chan can do, so don't go easy on her!" They all shouted "Yes Captain!"..Daichi, Tanaka, and Tsukishima all went to one side of the court. Hinata and Kageyama went to the other side. Everyone else was on the sidelines paying clear attention to the match. The match begin and Daichi served, Hinata received perfectly, it went over towards Kageyama and he glanced at Hinata and gave her a meaningful look. Hinata knew what he was trying to get too and started running up to do her quick attack, Kageyama set it and it went up into the air. Hinata jumped and quickly scanned for a unguarded spot and slammed her hand towards the ball and aimed it towards that spot. It hit exactly where she was hoping for, she landed back onto the ground and looked at  her hand. Kageyama came over to check if she was okay because he noticed her looking at her palm he said "Hey chibi-chan you alright?" you could hear a tint of worry in his voice. She looked up towards him and said "I'm awesome!" and gave him a big goofy smile..Daichi who was on the other side of the court, and Suga and Asahi who were on the side lines all looked at each other and grinned widely. While Nishinoya was shouting and jumping, Tanaka who was also shouting, Tsukishima with a shocked expression, along with Yachi, Kiyoko, Ennoshita, Kinoshita, Narita, Takeda, and Coach Ukai who wasn't there when Hinata first performed the quick attack. While Yamaguchi was smiling softly towards her and quietly clapping. The game went on and Hinata showed the rest of her superb skills. Everyone was dumbfounded by the end of practice. Hinata went up to each and every team member and asked them to enter their number in her phone for emergencies or just communicating with each other. They all gladly accepted, even Tsukishima. They all said their goodbye's and went home. They all thought about what they were going to do over the weekend...

     I hope you enjoyed this chapter, I apologize it took a bit longer. As I said previously I might post tomorrow  after midnight. Also I wanted to say that Yamaguchi will be much more open and talkative around people he finds comfortable to be around, and yes he and Tsukishima are friends but their not that close. Also I didn't proof read, so if there are any errors I apologize. Anyways Peace!
