Detention

Gonna Sleep Early

After school me and Lizzie went to get lunch since she had a soccer match later that night. 

"y'know if you make it as an investigator, you can't be late for work like you are for school right?"  Lizzie tried making her point. "yea but that's different. if I become an investigator, ill actually be excited to go to work and have a reason to get up because its something I wanna do, whereas in school we're forced to learn a bunch of useless things we're never gonna use in real life" I argued "when in life am I ever going to need fractions? or have to find the squared root of 6?" I continued.

Lizzie let out a huff and started ordering her food.

after ordering our food, we found our way to a booth put down our food and started eating.

soon after me and Lizzes ate, we went back to my house and watched movies until Lizzies soccer match started.

"I can't believe newt died like he doesn't deserve that, he deserved to make it to the safe haven with  Minho and Thomas" I complained "I know they should make a whole new movie were newt lives" Lizzie agreed.

"omg why do girls always complain? it's so annoying!" my little brother Carlos yelled. since my mom was taking us to the soccer field, she couldn't leave Carlos home alone since he was so young. "says you! sounds like you're complaining just as much as we are" Lizzie fought back. of course his only response is "yea but I'm a boy and you're a girl" we just rolled or eyes and went back to talking about The Maze Runner.

A couple minutes later we arrived to Lizzies soccer game and watched her play. Her team won by 5 points and it was a close game all around. soon after we went back to my house and dropped Lizzie back off at her own house.

I got into bed expecting to get a nice sleep so I could wake up in the morning and not be late for class. since my mom had work that day she couldn't wake me up for school so I had to rely ion myself and my alarm.

sadly things didn't go as planned when I found a bunch of investergating documenteries I never watched before.

instead of getting an early sleep like I said I would, I may or may not have went to bed around 3 in the morning.

I didn't mean to but I lost track of time and was really caught up in watching them solve crimes and investigate murders.

I finally decided to go to bed and this time I set up 4 alarms.

one for 7am, another for 7:20, another for 7:25 and one last one for 7:30. I hoped that was enough to wake me up in the morning or at least not make me late again.

and finally soon enough, I went to bed.

sorry this is such short chapter I only started writing today and I just started back at school so hopefully the next chapters longer then this one!
