Han River was once used for travelling by merchants but sometimes their boats would get hijacked,they would get killed and their bodies were them thrown into the river. Now there are tons and tons of stories and rumors surrounding this topic ,but if you wanna know a little about it,I recommend watching the award winning 2011 movie "The Host" which covers the story of a tiny tiny lil girl being "kidnapped" by a water spirit.
