Powers~ She has venomous fangs and she can shape shift into a human-sized Viper
Personality~ Strict, hard, yet kind, caring, and funny sometimes.
Hobbies~ Hunting, singing, and any involvement in martial arts

Dislikes~ The Avengers, isolation, and people acting like idiots in front of her
Origin Story~ Ophelia grew up in Hungry with her brother until Hydra took them both in. Both her and her brother have risen high in HYDRA, but her brother was killed in combat. This brought mourning to her. However, Eric Williams (The new director of Hydra) used this as an opportunity to make her the next Winter Soldier, but used more psychological brainwashing with her. After years for serving under him, she took her opportunity and killed him. She was crowned Madame Hydra and becane the new director of Hydra, being a menace to the Avengers and to the world.
