It is said that princess Amona still lives to this day.
Of course, she is not the same princess Amona who had been cursed by the Evil King Hegemon back in ancient times. The body of that Amona has been a part of the hills that run along the countryside for hundreds of years now.
Yet, it is said that the soul of Amona is still trapped within this world. Forever, being born again and falling in love with those who do not return her love.
Each time her love is rejected, the soul of Amona suffers greatly without understanding why this horrible pain is brought upon her.
Yet, it is said that every time her heart breaks and she falls to her knees in new tears, the ever-present soul of Hegemon suffers even greater.
Being able to see, but not to be seen. The soul of Hegemon must watch the love of his life suffer the immense pain he knew, again and again for all of eternity.
And thus, Hegemon now learned, of a pain even greater than that of unrequited love.
