Heroes and Villains + a single doctor. (A MHA AU Story)

Chapter One: An Odd Morning

BEEP BEEP BEEP
*Sighs*  "Goddamn it."
It is 4:00 AM in the morning. The streets are silent, no children outside playing tag, nope, just a teenager waking up and that teenager is Izuku S. Midoriya.

As Midoriya gets up, Mr Sandman by The Chordettes plays as he looks around his room, analyzing it as if he's never been here. "Yup, still the same. No posters, no figures, just an average room." He thinks to himself. He then proceeds to put on clothes, brush his teeth, eat breakfast, and cook some for his mother who is working, all while Mr. Sandman is playing.
He then leaves the food in the microwave before leaving the house.

Midoriya takes his usual route which consists of alleyways and long roads before finally meeting his best friend, Hitoshi Shinso.

Shinso:" About damn time! The hell took you so long?"
Midoriya: " Listen, when you have Mr. Sandman as your alarm, you'll understand. Now can we move quickly? We're late and the others are waiting and we are not having a repeat of what happened last time."
Shinso: *Sighs* Fine. Plus I don't want to hear whether or not the fallen angel exists AGAIN."

The two of them agreed and continued to walk. As they continue to walk they get to see a fight going on between a villain and Kamui Woods. As they see the fight, they can hear the dialogue.

Woods: " Illegal use of powers and robbery resulting in bodily injury. You are the incarceration of evil!"

As the fight continues, Midoriya and Shinso comment.

Midoriya: "Jesus Christ, as if this can't be corny enough."
Shinso: "Dude i understand you don't like heroes and all, but what the hell is your issue with Kamui Woods?"
Midoriya:" Shinso, he's made of FUCKING WOOD. Not only that, but his weakness is probably fire and rain. So if that happens, he's fuc-."

Before Midoriya can finish what he is saying, Mt.Lady appears and kicks the villain, knocking him out. Everyone is surprised by her except Midoriya who is pissed.

Mt.Lady: "Today is the day of my debut. My name is Mt.Lady."

Every civilian cheers for the heroes as the villains are taken by the cops. Meanwhile, in the back of the crowd, Shinso takes a step back as Midoriya is about to lose his shit.

Midoriya: "Okay, let me rephrase my last sentence. WHO THE FUCK IS THIS BITCH?
Shinso: "Look, we are almost at the restaurant. So how about we go there and then we figure this out. Until then, calm down and take a deep breath, you're going to have another breakdown.
Midroiya:*Takes a deep breath, then sighs.* All right, let's just go.

The two of them finally made it to Chang's restaurant. The restaurant itself is not a popular area, which makes it a perfect area to hang out. As they walk in, they greet the owner and go to their usual spot. Shinso then opens what seems to be a sliding door and sees two other boys.
One of them wears a long black shirt with a gray tie, white gloves, dark pants and a plague mask but with different colors. The other one however is different, as he is wearing a black sweatshirt and black jeans with hands all over his arms and one on his face.

Midoriya:" Well now, it's good to see you again Overhaul. And you Shigaraki."
Shigaraki:" It's good to see you two. Now then, why don't we catch up?"
