You stood frozen. You quickly dialed Kai's number. As you wait. He didn't pick up. You called him another 3 times. You decide to pay him a visit. Wearing your shoes you ran to his dorm. You heard a camera noise and a flash. You turned to that direction. Paparazzi.

You: how did you get in here?

He was wearing a hood and and a male student uniform pants.

You: yah!

The flash blinds you.

You: what idiot uses flash on daylight?! Trying to hit the camera you saw a tall figure. It was Kris. As he breaks the camera he grabs your wrist and ran.

Kris: there more at the gate and near the boys' dorm.

You both stopped by the basketball courts.

You: thank you.

He lets go your wrist and left you. He was still mad.

Kris: your dress is.. You notice that he could see your bra. As he puts Kai's arm around his shoulder you stayed next to him. Kris was tall enough so that kai would really drag his feet.

Kris and you: hey-

You both said at the sametime.

Kris: you go first.

You: oh uh. Thanks. Thanks for being my friend and dragging him.

Kris: so suddenly. Are you leaving or something?

You didn't respond.

Kris: oh. So you are. Where?

You: I got accepted to a university in New York.

Kris: I see.

You: I'm majoring in dance and business.

You both became quiet for a while. You both made it in the girls dorm. After throwing kai on the couch. You offered Kris a hot cup of tea to go outside. Sitting on the bench near the dorm.

Kris: so, overseas.

You: yes.

You and Kris: when-

You both said at the sametime.

You: you can go first.

Kris: when you comeback-

You: I might stay there for a few more years.

Kris: when?

You: graduation.

Kris: I don't believe in promise because it's always been broken with me, but promise me that I will be the first man you see when you comeback.

You were shocked at his words.

You: nae?

Kris: y/n. I like you. Am I too late?

You: Kris. I-im sorry. I'm really sorry. But I can't.

As you tried to leave but he got the hold of your hand.

Kris: please give me a reason.

You: i already have a promise. And I'm still not sure if it's had or haven't been broken.

He lets go of your hand. You felt sad because you rejected him. He's the only who knows about your overseas trip. Luhan doesn't even know.

--present time>> Being left alone at the basketball court. You walked back to the dorm. Suddenly men in black suits came to you. Bowed and escorted you. You had no choice but to follow. You were lead to a car. As the car drove, it drove to a building. It said Jong. You were escorted in. You looked horrible you recently woke up, ran, and now you're dragged here. Going to the 18th floor by the elevator. ???: the last door.

They left you as they went back down. You went down the hall and saw a door. As you opened it.

You: hello?

You said softly.

There was no one in the room. You went and sat quietly on the chairs in front of the desk. You saw documents and a newspaper. ???: y/n!~ It was a female voice. You turned around.

You: joo unnie?

The woman You saw was Kai's noona. she ran to you and gave you a bear hug

Joo: it's been a while y/n.

You agrees with her. You both say across from each other.

Joo: don't worry, I'll sue all of them.

You: t-the whole report and reporters?

Joo: of course.

You happy but guilty because they will lose their job.

Joo: so, how's my brother doing?

You: the same.

Joo: you know I'd never got to thank you.

You: for what?

Joo: making my brother smile.

You: oh well, he made me smile too.

You: sorry but actually I have to go.. Back. It's a Sunday. So.. Joo: oh yes of course, I'll have a car-

You: no it's okay, I have to stop by somewhere.

Joo: oh okay. I should at least walk you down.

You: you don't have to waste you time on me.
