As we approached a single building with soft jazz music playing in the background like the eighties of Chicago, Leela stopped and turned towards us.
"My mission stops here. You go in and if they ask a code, just say that Leela sent you there. They fear you so they will let you in" She said quietly and gave us a reassuring smile before walking into the other direction. I turned my head to look at her walking through the dark maze and sighed.
"We are in big troubles" I told Wyatt as two over muscular men opened the door of the people dressed in black completely. One of them spotted us immediately and stared at us before approaching us rapidly.
He pushed Wyatt with his hands against Wyatt's chest and growled at him, the man's eyes glaring daggers at Wyatt.
"You tell Crane that business is over. Dead. Oppa wants no more Crane" He spat in Wyatt's face, his accent the same as Leela.
Wyatt turned towards me and grimaced.
"Ever heard of toothpaste mate?" Wyatt commented like the woman he was.
I rolled my eyes and walked towards the man, tapping his shoulder hesitantly. I was scared that he would fling me to China with all the strength he possesses.
He turned around and let go our Wyatt, puffing out his chest and glared at me.
"We are actually here to see Oppa to help us kill Crane" I informed him quietly and chuckled when he did a double-take.
"Kill Crane? Are you- Are you Alvidas?" He hissed-whispered at us with wide eyes.
Wyatt scoffed and walked towards the man, putting his hand on his shoulder.
"Mate we are more than Alvidas. In fact Lana here is the key to Crane's death. You understand that?" Wyatt said slowly and the man nodded.
"I'm Samuel. I'll take you to Oppa" He said with a sudden change of mood and smiled at us happily.
We walked towards the building with Samuel explaining why they feared strangers especially white skinned people.
Witches of Sesame were of the African origin. It was in their blood to be able to control what Mother Nature could but with a certain limit or else they were punished. They were a small community of at least fifty witches left since Crane killed almost all of them and the killers Crane sent were all white skinned people so that's why they feared them. Samuel was the toughest of all of them and for Crane not to find them, they hid behind a maze only witches knew how to work through it by a spell.
Samuel lead us to a much more quite room than the dance floor downstairs where some were dancing and some were playing poker, like a normal bar.
Upstairs, he explained their profound hate for Crane and the spells they created which are very successful out of hatred for that man.
"She's quite handful today. It's her Ninety's" Samuel warned us already about Oppa.
Wyatt pushed the already unlocked door open and walked in first. I followed after and frowned when saw the room dark.
"The other way my child. Never look to your left, left means bad luck" A thick Spanish voice whispered hoarsely.
My head whipped towards a petite woman sitting on a rocking chair staring at us, her hair covered with an African bandana. Her hands were interlinked and she was rocking back and forth. The sound of the chair against the wooden floor made it creepy.
Kreek. Kreek. Kreek.
Wyatt gulped and pushed me forward. I could understand why he was scared, she looked almost ghostly.
I approached her and bend myself down, the tips of my finger touching her warm feet unconsciously and the hand which touched her feet, caressed my hair gently.
I had ask for her blessing and her trust. Indian people did that.
Wyatt followed after. It was something that Vincent told us to do when we saw any elders that we felt a profound love for.
It happened with Oppa.
"What is it?" She asked us quietly and motioned towards the worn out plastic chairs in front of her. We sat down obediently and stared at her as if she was God.
"We need him dead" I said simply and she nodded her head with a chuckle.
"Don't we all, Lana?" She shot back softly. "I'll give you an address, you go there and the first man you find there which is a rather elegant and handsome man with blonde hair, you kill him" She started off and ordered Wyatt to take his phone out to note the address.
"Wait-" Wyatt started and frowned at his phone.
He looked up and stared at me.
"It's the house we are living in actually. There is no blonde man" Wyatt said.
Oppa raised a hand and placed it against the in between of his eyebrows. She closed her eyes and muttered some fluent Spanish words under a breathe. After muttering a spell, I could not hear anything.
I was seeing blue once again.
I met the eyes of Oppa which were shining yellow at us as Wyatt stared back at her, our body refusing anything but to stare at her.
"You are under my trap now. I'll reveal all those under secrets that they hid away from you" She started with a small smile and stood up, sighing when she looked in pain.
I couldn't hear anything but something as if rushed into my ears, exploding it.
'Let's go' Wyatt said urgently.
'How?'
'Try to break out of this'
'I can't'
'Let me try then'
Psychic always worked but it tired us very easily.
'She is helping'
'This is becoming creepy Lana. This is a nightmare now. I know that you are tired. We'll have Vincent meet her'
'Wya-'
'Let me take you away, far away from this nightmare'
'She is helping us Wyatt'
'I'm scared'
'I'll take you away from this nightmare once we get back to the house okay?'
'You won't go to Leo?'
'I'll stay with yo-'
And then everything was back to normal. As if the trance we were in was vacuumed suddenly and Oppa stared at us with a proud smile.
"Did you feel your bond strengthen?" She asked us quietly as she played with a very big rock on her wedding ring.
I turned towards Wyatt who stared down at his feet and grabbed his hand.
I nodded my head at her.
"Now we will proceed with your questions, are you ready?" She asked us quietly.
Wyatt nodded his head at her.
"I've been waiting for that day since he killed my family" Wyatt declared out loud.
"Then, shall we?" Oppa asked with phew softness.
"We shall" I ended.
