QUIRK: telekinesis/mind reading
EXPLANATION: she can control and move inanimate objects with her mind, although it doesn't work on people, and also look into people's minds and read their thoughts. luckily, she can turn her mind reading on and off, so she can look into people's minds whenever she wants. her mind reading also comes with the ability to read people's hopes, dreams, fears, etc.
PROS: with her telekinesis, she can control objects to make them float or move, so she can inflict real damage to her opponent in a fight without even needing to grab or hold anything. she can look into and read people's minds, so she can hear what they're thinking and predict their next move, and she can even read and use their fears against them — or if she just wants to see what people are thinking.
CONS: she has to focus to use her telekinesis, so if anything interrupts her thoughts or her concentration, the object won't move. if she uses her quirk too much, like if she uses it for a long period of time with no breaks or uses telekinesis to move something extremely heavy, then she'll develop headaches, dizziness, and lightheadedness. she'll even pass out if it's bad enough. she can't use her quirk very well if she's tired or hurt badly.
