Third Child

Jimin and Yoongi were having late breakast after the twins left for their school, they just recently started their preschool

"Ma?"  Yoongi called out

as Jimin responded "yeah?" and is about to sip on his coffee

"Let's make another baby" Yoongi said as Jimin accidentally chocked himself on his drink and is now coughing hard

"what's with that reaction?" Yoongi asked with his eyebrows furrowed

Jimin's still coughing "what did you say?" he asked

"I said let's make another baby" Yoongi repeated himself as he pats Jimin's back, comforting him

"hold on, aren't you just horny or something? you can just say it if you want to do 'it'  instead of surprising me like that... that gave me a bit shock" Jimin said while wiping his mouth

"No, I'm serious, i really want to have our next child" Yoongi said with a straight face

"you mean third child?" Jimin asked and made this 'oh shit ' face

Yoongi nods

"but why????" Jimin asked again

Yoongi's starting to get upset "what do you mean 'why'? we've been married and had this family, why are so hesitant about this? i just want to have another child, isn't that normal? why does it sound like you're so against it?"

"n-no, its not like that" Jimin said as he shook his head

Yoongi moved his chair towards Jimin's direction and he sat so he can talk to Jimin face to face "then what is it?"

Jimin suddenly straighten his back

Yoongi sigh "if you're thinking financially--"

"NO! NO! That's not it" Jimin interrupted

"then what is it? I just want to have another child with you, what's wrong with that?" Yoongi insisted

'ah, he won't even let me finish my sentence, is he that upset?' Jimin thought to himself

"you know babe, the twins just recently started going to school, how am i supposed to take care of the kids, the house, my work and especially you and also you've been busy recently on your work, if I ever get pregnant again, how am i supposed to throw my anger all on you?" Jimin said and placed his free hand onto Yoongi's hand

"is that really the reason? or you're just making up an excuse? I can adjust my schedule just like before when we had the twins" Yoongi said

Jimin stared at him for awhile

"what?" Yoongi asked

Jimin looked away "babe, actually.... im not ready to have another child yet"

After Jimin said that, Yoongi went silent for a moment and so the same goes for Jimin

Until Yoongi speaks up "I understand" he said and walked out

"I understand" Yoongi said and walked out

as I sigh and rest my head on my palm "so its like that" I murmured

though I'm satisfied with what he just said by wanting another child, I just wanna tease him a bit but i think i went too far?
