HUFFLEPUFFS AND GRYFFINDORS grew familiar with the best of their houses being at odds. But, when a challenge arises all hell breaks loose as the smartest students of their year fight for the title of the best.
WINONA. With a great fear of failure, she put a great deal of effort into her achievements, but a certain Hogwarts celebrity always met her at the top - souring the sweet victory. When the oldest Potter boy challenges her to a competition she does not hold back. She accepts the challenge to prove to herself and others that the Chosen One's son is not her equal. Short-tempered Winona Farley Moore refuses to fail, especially against the Chosen One's son.
JAMES. With his inevitable fame for his recognition as the son of the Chosen One and a widely loved Quidditch star, most things came easy to the eldest Potter. With fast wits and good looks, girls were easier to come by, except for one muggle-born witch. He never quite understood her hatred for him, but he enjoyed it. When false accusations arise, he challenges the muggle-born witch to a year's long contest to prove who the best of Hogwarts truly is. James believed to win. Not only for himself but for her. To prove to the angry Hufflepuff and his classmates that he was more than the Chosen One's son.
