Lost And Found

It's a rainy day in Ninjago city. Cole had been walking around the city on his way back to the bounty with his hood up. He didn't want his hair to get wet and besides, the guys (mostly Kai) would tell him he smelled like a wet dog when his hair got wet. This always embarrassed the muscular male, but in order to not stink up the bounty, he had to keep his hair from getting wet. Cole sighed while walking past an alleyway when he heard some sobs. He stopped in his tracks, looking around. He heard a little voice, a child who was about 10.

"Hello..?" said the voice

Cole looked down, spotting a boy with matted down hair and bright purple eyes. The boy's hair was ginger with tiny hints of blonde. Once the earth ninja got a closer look at this boy, he noticed some other features. The Boy had scrapes and scratches all around his arms, legs, and face. He had a black eye and several bruises scattered like freckles

Cole gasped "Oh you poor kid..." he mumbled "Here," Cole said, extending a hand for the boy "I'll take you to shelter."

The 10-year-old boy hesitated but took this stranger's hand. The stranger helped him up, then lifted him on his back

"I'm Cole," the stranger spoke, "You are..?"

"Axel..." the boy responded

"Alright, Axel. I'm almost at my home. I'll give you shelter, food, and water. You're safe with me."

Axel nodded "Thank you... Cole."

And off they went. Cole stopped at the anchor that was resting on the road, hopping on and tugging at the chain. Kai, who was up by the lever, heard the clanking of the chains being tugged and huffed "First spinjitzu master, finally!" And pulled the lever

Axel started to panic "Mister-- C-Cole?- What's happening?!"

"Relax, Axel," Cole responded "It's just the bounty. I live with 4 boys and a girl. You'll be safe with us. I promise."

Axel looked up, wincing when a drop of rain landed near his eye, then nodding and hiding his face back into Coles ninja suit. Once the anchor was lifted and Cole was on the bounty, he was put back onto the ground. It was a pirate ship - suddenly, he realized who he was with and where he was.

Kai looked from Cole to Axel, then back to Cole. The fire ninja looked disappointed "Cole,"

"Yes?"

"Why did you bring a kid home."

"I'll explain after we get him inside." Cole gestured to Axel, then put a hand behind the kids' back "Let's go."

Axel looked at Kai, then just nodded, looking back down to his feet and following

Axel knew the people here. He knew the bounty with its red paint job and the dragon-like tip. He knew Cole, master of earth, Kai, master of fire, Jay, master of lighting, Zane, master of ice, Nya, master of water, and Lloyd, the green ninja! He was scared... but also excited. Axel smiled to himself as the rain stopped, and Cole's arm was moved from behind his back, causing him to lift his head up

There they were - everyone he had listed! Axel's eyes lit up as a smile formed on his face "You're... You're..." He struggled to speak, his mind was blown that he was on the bounty with the ninja themselves.

Jay chuckled and Cole smiled "You're a fan, huh?"

"Yes!" he called "You're all so cool! I can't believe I'm in the same place as you - I can't believe I'm on the bounty with you!"

Kai's stern look turned to a smile "Well here you are."

Zane only looked around, then looked to Cole "How did you find him?"
